Dahulu Masjid ini merupakan Rumah Ibadah yang didirikan oleh salah satu Tokoh Agama daerah ini bersama masyarakat. Dengan didirikan Masjid ini diharapankan warga/masyarakat khususnya yang beragama Islam menjadi orang yang selalu bertaqwa.
Baitul Khamid = House as place of worship which is the Pillar of Religion.
Formerly this mosque was a house of worship which was founded by one of the local religious leaders with the community. With the establishment of this mosque, it is hoped that citizens / communities, especially those who are Muslim, will become pious people.
