Menjadi penghubung antar warga Perumahan Jatisawit Asri dari tiga sisi (barat, timur, dan blok AB); dan para warga asli Jitengan. Masjid yang "adêm-ayêm" ini didirikan di atas tanah hibah dari keluarga Bapak Widodo. Ketua Pembangunan adalah Bapak Tresna Muhammad, sedangkan Ketua Takmir pertama adalah Bapak Wagiman.
