★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Masjid bertingkat dua lantai. Untuk sholat dilaksanakan di lantai 2, jadi naik tangga dulu. Bagian bawah sepertinya kantor takmir masjid. Masjid jami', biasa buat sholat Jum'at dan sholat Jama'ah 5 waktu.
 Two storey mosque. For prayer held on the 2nd floor, so go up the stairs first. The lower part looks like the mosque's takmir office. Jami 'mosque, used to be for Friday prayers and Jama'ah prayer for 5 times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Masjidnya bagus, interiornya bagus, tapi masjidnya harus naik ke atas, dan parkirnya kurang luas. Good! Bintang 4.
The mosque is nice, the interior is good, but the mosque has to go upstairs, and the parking is not spacious. Good 4 star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Masjid berlokasi di sebelah barat STIMIK AKAKOM berada di utara jalan. Masjid dua lantai yang cukup megah bersih nyaman untuk beribadah. Dilantai bawah ada amal usaha TK ABA As_Salam juga disamping masjid ada gedung BMT As_Salam. Sayang fasilitas parkirnya sempit kurang leluasa
The mosque is located west of STIMIK AKAKOM on the north side of the road. The two-story mosque is quite magnificent, clean, comfortable for worship. On the lower floor there is the charity business of TK ABA As_Salam. Besides the mosque, there is the BMT As_Salam building. Unfortunately the narrow parking facilities are not free

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya selama tinggal di Sorowajan Sudah lebih 10 tahun dan selama saya hidup sampai saat ini saya baru ini mendengar lantunan adzan yg tidak sesuai syariat Islam. Saya sbg kaum Muslim yg minim pengetahuan mengenai Islam sejauh yg saya tahu,kita sbg umat muslim haruslah berkiblat pada aturan alquran&hadist serta mengacu pada aturan2 yang ditetapkan oleh Makkah dimana Makkah adalah Baitullah yaitu rumah Allah. Jadi saya dgn SANGAT MEMOHON KEPADA ANDA SEBAGAI MUADZIN DARI MASJID AS SALAM SOROWAJAN UNTUK MENGUMANDANGKAN ADZAN DGN NADA SEBAGAIMANA MESTINYA kalaupun anda sbg MUADZIN tidak sanggup melakukannya lebih baik tidak usah adzan, daripada anda sbg MUADZIN tergolong sbg penyebar agama yg tidak sesuai dgn syariat Islam (agama yang tidak benar). Terima kasih.
Sbg tambahan: setiap saya dengar adzan subuh dikumandakangkan dari masjid ini, sepertinya MUADZIN tsb masih dalam keadaan mengantuk karena melantunkannya seperti terdengar datar tidak bernada seperti yg seharusnya (lantunan adzan mengacu pada adzan MAKKAH) dan cenderung ogah2an.
I have lived in Sorowajan for more than 10 years and during my life until now I have just heard the call to prayer that is not in accordance with Islamic law. I as a Muslim who has little knowledge about Islam as far as I know, we as Muslims must turn to the rules of the Qur'an and hadith and refer to the rules set by Makkah where Makkah is the House of God. So I STRONGLY REQUEST YOU AS A MUADZIN FROM MASJID AS SALAM SOROWAJAN TO READ THE ADZAN WITH THE TONE AS IT SHOULD BE, even if you as a MUADZIN are not willing to do it, it is better not to do the adzan, than you as a MUADZIN who do not belong to the Islamic religion. which is not true). Thank you.
In addition: every time I hear the dawn call to prayer being echoed from this mosque, it seems that the MUADZIN is still in a drowsy state because chanting it sounds flat and not toned as it should (the call to prayer bounces refers to the MAKKAH call to prayer) and tends to be reluctant.
