★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Masjid yang awalnya dibangun oleh pelabuhan untuk tempat ibadah umat Islam yang tinggal di sekitar komplek Pelabuhan Indonesia II dan masyarakat umum.
Dahulu masjid memiliki bangunan yang kecil. Dengan kamar kecil di bagian belakang Masjid. Sekitar tahun 1980an si halaman masjid di dirikan taman bacaan yang berkembang menjadi Madrasah Al Muhajirin. Dan pengelolaannya masih satu yayasan Al Muhajirin.
Perombakan masjid dilakukan melihat bertambahnya jamaah yang sholat di Al Muhajirin, menjadi dua lantai. Dan madrasah pindah bangunannya di sebrang masjid. Yang sekarang menjadi sekolah Islam Terpadu.
Aktifitas rutin selain sholat berjamaah di pagi dan malan hari ada pengajian rutin yang diadakan seminggu sekali. Pengajian ibu-ibu dan bapak-bapak terpisah. Pengajian anak-anak juga ada di sore hari.
Banyak kegiatan keagamaan dilakukan di Masjid Al Muhajirin. Seperti menghafal Al Qur'an, santunan anak yatim dan duafa, pengajian yang memanggil guru dari luar.
 The mosque was originally built by the port as a place of worship for Muslims living around the Indonesian Port II complex and the general public.
In the past, the mosque had a small building. With a small room at the back of the Mosque. In the 1980s, the courtyard of the mosque was built in a reading garden which developed into Madrasah Al Muhajirin. And the management is still the Al Muhajirin foundation.
The renovation of the mosque was carried out to see the increase in worshipers who prayed at Al Muhajirin, to two floors. And the madrasa moved its building across from the mosque. Which is now an Integrated Islamic school.
In addition to praying in congregation in the morning and evening, there are regular recitations held once a week. The recitation of mothers and fathers is separate. Children's recitation is also available in the afternoon.
Many religious activities are carried out at the Al Muhajirin Mosque. Such as memorizing the Qur'an, giving donations to orphans and the needy, recitations that call for teachers from outside.
