Masjid ini sudah beberapa kali mengalami renovasi dari mulanya tempat sholat yang la kadarnya kemudian dengan perkembangan kebutuhan yang mumungkinkan karyawan untuk bisa melaksanakan ibadah sholat jum'at tanpa meninggalkan tempat kerja, maka ditetapkan mushola ini menjadi masjid.
Disamping segala bentuk kegiatan yang berhubungan dengan masalah keagaman islam pun dilakasanakan di masjid ini.
Gran Melia Al Hijrah Mosque is one of the places of worship for Muslims of Gran Melia Jakarta hotel employees.
The mosque has undergone several renovations several times from the beginning of the prayer place which was then followed by the development of needs which enabled employees to be able to perform Friday prayers without leaving the workplace, so the mosque was designated as a mosque.
Besides all forms of activities related to the issue of Islamic diversity are carried out in this mosque.
