Ga semiris yg diberitakan Waalaikumussalam.. Madinah, Musim Haji 2018 M/1439 H
Not as semiris as reported Waalaikumussalam .. HOLY LANDS and EARTHQUAKES ========================== "In fact, geologically, the plains of Mecca and Medina are plates that have the potential for earthquakes. With the characteristics of the soil and rocks and hills that I see, this area has the potential for earthquakes", Why do earthquakes rarely occur ????? Several years ago, I coached an Umrah congregation, a convert from Bali who was previously Hindu. He is a lecturer in geology and teaches geology courses to students at the Bandung Institute of Technology. He admitted that he knew the character of every stone on this earth. Starting from the rocks that are in the ocean, to the form of rocks that are on top of the highest mountains, such as the Himalayas. In short, he knows all the stones that are in and on the earth. One time, he asked me to take him to the Black Stone, because he wanted to kiss the stone that has been kissed by millions of Muslims from all over the world. He also managed to kiss the Black Stone which is located in one corner (rukun) of the Ka'bah, which is called rukun hajar aswad. After leaving the Grand Mosque and returning to the hotel, he confessed to me that the character of this stone was very strange. It was very different from all the stones he had studied and knew so far. With a little knowledge that I know, I try to explain, that in a hadith the Prophet explained, that the stone is not a world stone, but a stone that comes from heaven. "So, naturally, if the character of the stone is foreign to you, because it is not a stone from the world but from heaven," I said, explaining the strange things he had found. He also nodded his head like a sign of agreement. When we went to Medina, the congregation, we invited us to visit Mantiqoh Baydho or what is called Jabal Maghnit (at that time there was no ban on the Government of Saudi Arabia from visiting Jabal Magnit). It is an area 20 km outside the Holy City of Medina from the direction of Jabal (mountain) Uhud. In the Jabal Manghnit area there are mountains that contain maghnit fields. To prove that the Mountain area contains maghnit, the bus driver who took us demonstrated his bus. The bus moves little by little until it slides at a speed of 110 km per hour, without being gassed, and the road position is even (not descending). After getting off the bus. Muallaf was looking around the area, then he took a branch, and wrote a scratch on the sandy ground, explaining, "Actually, geologically, the plains of Mecca and Medina are plates that have the potential for earthquakes. With the character of the soil and rocks and hills that I can see, this area has the potential for earthquakes? '. Then the Umrah pilgrims who heard the explanation asked, "Then why is it that earthquakes are rarely heard here than in Indonesia?" He replied, "I heard from the ustadz, if an area is filled with dhikr to Allah SWT, then he will be spared from natural disasters. Is that the ustadz right? " while looking at me. I also nodded in agreement. In history, Medina was shaken by an earthquake, the Caliph Umar bin Khattab tapped his stick on the earth and said, "O earth, am I not doing justice?". Then said aloud to the people, "O residents of Medina, are you doing immoral? Leave that deed, or I will leave you. " (Ibn al-Hajar al-Asqalani, Fath-al Baari IX / 244).
