Skema pembayarannya syar'iy, boleh beli cash atau cicil langsung ke developer dengan akad jual beli murni. Insya Alloh aman dari riba.
Total area sekitar 2,5 hektar dengan 160an unit yang akan dibangun, teediri dari rumah satu lantai dan 2 lantai.
Lokasi strategis, karena dekat Jl MT Haryono dan rencana tol JORR 2 ruas Cimanggis-Cibitung yang sedang dibangun.
Tapi perumahan ini kurang cocok untuk mereka yang ingin buru-buru menempati rumah baru. Lha wong unitnya indent semua. Cash 12 bulan, kredit 18 bulan.
