★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pemesanan via akulaku tgl 6 , lalu pas cek bbrp hari kemudian udah ada no resi tapi tidak valid . Pas di chat, sellernya bilang "masih proses cek" . Terus sampe sekarang belum ada kelanjutan apa2 lagi. Yaallah mana itu titipan hp orang????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beli hp samsung bulan kemaren di akulaku di toko ini, tapi baru beberapa bulan speaker hpnya udah rusak tidak bisa dipakai jadinya karena setiap kali nerima telpon suara saya tidak ada. Complain di chat akulaku malah tidak ada respon sampai detik ini, cuma dibilang nanti saya tanya atasan doang. Minta garansi malah tidak dikasih, katanya garansi 1 tahun tapi pas barangnya sampai tidak ada. Saya baru kali ini kecewa ya, mohon dong tanggung jawabnya. Chat saya di respon ya. Udah berhari hari saya chat tidak ada balasan. Tolong itikad baiknya ya.
