Nama yang legendaris..
Sayang kehabisan martabak telornya..
Akhirnya beli martabak manis setengah keju setengah manis yang reguler...
Saya agak kaget kok cepet jadinya.. padahal antri dua ojek...
Setelah dicicip rasa ok, tidak terlalu manis.. tapi sayang agak alot dan misis coklatnya masih terasa kasar.. tidak terasa blended .. demikian juga kejunya..
Terasa terpisah pisah ...
Tidak seperti martabak manis pecenongan 78 yabg kami kenal selama ini..
Saya curiga waktu masak mungkin apinya terlalu besar .. sehingga terlalu cepat masak (lapis bawahnya saja) dan terasa alot.. karena masaknya tidak "tanek" (orang jawa bilang) , harusnya slow cook agar adonan menjadi lembut dan blended dengan topingnya...
Mungkin perlu dicek ini... bahaya bisa menjatuhkan reputasi Martabak Pecenongan 78.. koki nya perlu ditatar ulang...

Too bad it ran out of egg martabak..
Finally bought the regular half sweet half cheese martabak...
I was a bit surprised how fast it happened... even though there were two ojeks waiting in line...
After tasting the taste is ok, not too sweet.. but unfortunately it's a bit tough and the chocolate brownie still feels rough.. doesn't feel blended.. so does the cheese..
Feel separated...
Not like the sweet martabak pecenongan 78 that we have known so far..
I suspect the cooking time maybe the fire is too big.. so it cooks too fast (only the bottom layer) and feels tough.. because the cooking is not "tanek" (the Javanese say) , it should be slow cook so that the dough becomes soft and blended with the toppings...
Maybe this needs to be checked... the danger of dropping the reputation of Martabak Pecenongan 78.. the chef needs to be reorganized...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 box martabak 2 telor. Pertama kali beli di sini. Rasa agak hambar. Ada pecahan kulit telor di dalamnya. Saus kecap agak encer. Semoga ada peningkatan utk ke depannya.
2 boxes of martabak 2 eggs. First time buying here. Taste is a bit bland. There is an eggshell in it. The soy sauce is a bit runny. Hopefully there will be improvements in the future.
