★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan martabak favorite di Gading Nias sama sekali tidak menyenangkan. Saya kemarin pesan martabak mini untuk anak saya. Kenapa saya beli yang kecil? karena anak saya tidak akan habis memakan yang besar. Saya menunggu antrian. Tapi setelah lama sekali dan lewat antrian saya, saya masih tidak mendapat pesanan saya. Saya menanyakan kpd si mas penjualnya. Alasan dia itu gas nya habis. Sungguh alasan yang aneh, gas habis kok bisa membuatkan pesanan yang lebih besar daripada pesanan saya? Si penjual sama sekali tidak meminta maaf ataupun berusaha membuatkan pesanan saya. Saya akhirnya membatalkan pesanan saya setelah saya menunggu 1 jam lebih. Sungguh mengecewakan. Dari sisi rasa pun sebenarnya masih kalah jauh dengan Martabak R**i, tapi karena saat itu anak saya rewel meminta maka beli yang dekat saja walaupun rasanya kurang enak. Tapi pelayanannya sungguh luar biasa mengecewakan. Customer membeli sekecil apapun produkmu, tetap dilayani ya mas. Jangan pilih2 karena belum tentu yang beli kecil itu org yang tidak mampu membayar.

But the service is really disappointing. Customers buy the smallest amount of your product, they are still served, bro. Don't be picky because it's not necessarily the person who can't afford it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Duluuuuuuu bgt pernah beli pas baru2 awal buka di GNR itu rasanya msh enak. Tp sayangnya makin kesini tiap beli ini entah kenapa makin kurang enak adonannya.
In the past, it was soooo great that I bought it when I opened it at GNR for the first time, it still tastes good. But unfortunately the more you come here every time you buy this for some reason the less delicious the dough is.
