★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you're looking for delicious classic martabak Bangka around Cibinong City, this could be the best place! Located on Jl. Raya Cikaret right across the main gate of Puri Nirwana Estate next to Ayam Goreng Karawaci, it's easy to find. More over this street has at least one route of public transportation (Angkot 32). Open every day around 4 o'clock in the afternoon. The main product is martabak Bangka, but they also sell martabak telor and pastry (such as kue bantal, cakue, donat, banana satay bun, and my favourite kue bola - a ball shaped cake made from sticky rice filled with green bean pasta inside and poured with sesame seeds outside). There's two size of the martabak Bangka big and economic size with various classic fillings: peanut, sesame seeds, cheese, and chocolate rice. My favourite is the combination one, half full cheese, half peanut+chocolate rice+sesame seeds. Mas Gondrong (forgive me for not knowing his name) the Baker is very kind, do not speak much but always smiles. Their martabak telor is okay, you can choose the number of the duck egg you desire between two to five. Actually, it has a twin brother located at the entrance of Jl. Raya Cikaret, but difficult to park your vehicle there whjle here you can park in front of the shop or across in front of Ruko Puri Nirwana. For the best result, my suggestion is: ask Mas Gondrong to bake the martabak Bangka skin a little bit longer so it will become more crispy and tasty...psst...ask for extra cheese, too. :)
