Several times I saw customer complaining / getting angry because of bad service (ojol / non ojol) and finally I experienced bad service from the employees even though it felt pretty good

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sdh Lama jadi langganan tp kecewa... lama kelamaan tdk jaga mutu... jadi pelit Margarine... Martabak malah kering tdk basah, keju dan coklat sedikit lebih mirip martabak 15.000. Padahal sy beli yg besar tp mutu tdk sesuai hrg... skrg stop jd pelanggan... sdh 2x kecewa.. sama aja ternyata...
It's been a long time, but the customer is disappointed ... over time the quality is not maintained ... so stingy Margarine ... Martabak is not even dry, the cheese and chocolate are a little more like Martabak 15,000. Even though I bought a big one but the quality didn't match hrg ... now it stopped being a customer ... already 2x disappointed ... just the same turned out ...

Beberapa kali saya beli di sini, tiga kali pelayanannya sangat buruk diantaranya :
1. Tidak sesuai antrian
2. Pesanan sudah jadi tapi lupa diberikan ke customer akhirnya dingin
3. Pelayannya cengengesan
Padahal saya sudah langganan dari jaman masih di samping batalyon perhubungan. Untuk owner mohon diperhatikan kinerja pekerjanya. Padahal jika ada owner-nya kerjanya good semua
Very very bad service
Several times I bought here, three times the service was very bad including:
1. Does not match the queue
2. Orders are finished but forgot to give to the customer finally cold
3. The waiter is cengengesan
Even though I have subscribed from the time I was still beside the transportation battalion. For the owner, please pay attention to the worker's performance. Even if there is an owner, all of them work well

This is the regular egg martabak.. the owner is very friendly.. the taste is pretty good.. it closes until midnight.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sekarang beda banget dari segi rasa ngga seperti dulu, seperti ada ingredients yang di kurangin. Padahal lokasinya strategis dan tidak banyak kompetitor yang berjualan di sekitar situ.
