A bonus is watching them make the base Martabak
Polos and then assembling with our choice of filling.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having eat a lot of martabak in a lot of places, I think and conclude that this martabak is not only the best in Bogor, but the best in Indonesia, it is cooked with charcoal and the texture is so tender, cooking time is longer, but it is worth the waiting, the don't put too much sugar and margarine inside like the other vendors, it is even better when eaten by the next day, highly recommend
