โ โ โ โ โ It is a high rise building use for office tenancy. As every building within TB Simatupang surroundings, it have to struggle against the incoming transportation project undertaken. Traffic jam, noise, and other disorder may a temporary inevitable inconvenience. However if everythin done, it will be a pleasant neighbourhood.

โ โ โ โ โ Nice building with nice view but pretty weird building rules. Not allowed to use stairs unless for emergency (They said for safety reason) but you can't exercise by using stairs. No trash can! Unless inside the offices. So if you are guests and need to throw your trash, maybe you have to take it somewhere else (swallowing is not exactly an option?). Limited parking space. Slow respond if you need something to be fixed (building maintenance). And NO ATM except one for one bank (which is not a popular bank) so if you need atm, walk yourself to the next building (maybe this is their reason so you exercise?).

โ โ โ โ โ Nice office space HOWEVER the office manager need more training about hospitality more. Even though we weren't a permanent tenant (only daily basis) but we did pay for their space and it's amazing how bad his attitude was. And to call himself the Operation Manager?? Unbelievable.
