Many items buy 2 free 1 for the food and buy 3 free 1 for the powder.. for the underwear and clothes, the material is durable.

Produk lumayan lengkap, paling demen di M&S food. kue dan coklatmya enak dan sering ada promo.
Harganya memang jauh lebih mahal drpd di M&S London sih, tapi lumayan kalo lagi pengen shortbread atau shortcake.
Satu lagi, disemua M&S di jakarta yg pernah saya datangi, kenapa nggak ada M&S belgian Chocolate ya? yg botolan. Apa karena tidak awet untuk dibawa kesini kali ya. Padahal itu enak banget. Hampir tiap hari beli pas di London. cuma sekitar £1.2.
SPG and the cashier who are very friendly and patient. the transaction here is a card obstacle but still awaited.
The product is fairly complete, most at M & S food. the cake and chocolate are delicious and often have promos.
The price is far more expensive than at M & S London, but it's pretty good if you want to shortbread or shortcake.
One more thing, in all M & S in Jakarta that I have visited, why is there no M & S like Chocolate? that bottled. Is it because it's not durable to be brought here many times? Even though it's really good. Almost every day buy right in London. only around £ 1.2.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sebelumnya sudah telpon ke toko menanyakan kesediaan barang : set hand cream FLORAL yg isi 3. Dibilangnya ada. Bela2in ke sana, ga taunya zonk. Dikira nya mau yg set FLORENTYNA hand cream yg emang juga 1 set isi 3pcs. Jelas2 ngomong saya sudah bilang FLORAL. Buang waktu banget datangin toko trus zonk. Kalau mau Florentya, di toko M&S deket rumah juga ada. Yang epicnya lagi, mbak2 Spg nya ga minta maaf lho. Bener2. Sudah budek, tidak hafal barang jualan, dan tidak punya etika sama sekali. Dia yang salah sudah membuat saya rugi, seolah2 dia yang benar. Epic.
I phone the store and asked them wether they have FLORAL hand cream set consist of 3ea hand creams. They said they have the stock. So, I hurried myself went there to found out that they think I want the FLORENTYNA hand cream set series (which is consist of 3ea too). I'm so upset. I was told them over the phone clearly that I want the FLORAL set one. Gosh. If i want the florentyna set, I will buy it at M&S near my home.
And add to my upset, the lady who picked up my phone earlier didn't say sorry. She was heard me wrong and not mastering the products variants plus have no manner. I was totally felt upset.
