The culinary places are already close and there are many choices, all of them are there + the house is not far away for public transportation access

Lokasi :
untuk lokasi lumayan strategis bagi yg aktivitas di jaksel atau Tangsel, lokasi di jalan utama bojongsari, udah banyak tempat makan, Dan dekat dari mall untuk akses ke tol desari lumayan macet setiap hari.
Bangunan :
awal booking fee disini karna percaya developer BUMN HK, pas proses kpr ga bisa liat unit karna ga ada kunci & yg pegang sulit di lokasi, tapi setelah cek list unit ternyata bangun terlalu banyak defect, di janjiakan 2 minggu beres setelah bast (bast duluan Karna kejar diskon akhir tahun), tapi sampai penempatan 2 bulan defect belum selesai di perbaiki juga, terutama lantai dan tembok jalur kabel listrik yg terlihat asal-asalan dan tidak rata, sampe cape komplainnya
Fasilitas umum :
Belum ada fasilitas umum hingga saat ini dan belum terlihat pembangunan fasilitas umum
Keamanan
Keamanan ada 2 gateway, gateway utama dan gateway cluster & masing-masing (akan) dijaga security, tapi saat ini hanya gateway utama saja
Yg di jaga
Price :
Setelah beli coba membandingkan ternyata to pricey
Air bersih :
Ada 2 sumber air PDAM dan sumur bor, untuk sumur bor beda tempat beda kualitas, di tempat saya cukup jernih, di tetangga beda 2 rumah air kuning.
Instalasi PDAM hanya sampai taman, tidak di sediakan pipa dari taman ke dalam rumah, penghuni harus provide sendiri.

Kesimpulan :
Pro : lokasi lumayan strategis
Cons :
1.Bangunan jelek untuk sekelas HK karna management supervisi kurang bagus dan perbaikan harus komplain keras untuk dapet perbaikan
2. Kontraktor pembangunan terlihat asal2an kalau kerja, sudah janjian perbaikan suka di cancel tanpa konfirmasi
3. Fasilitas umum belum ada
4. Desain kamar mandi tidak di sediakan pipa air panas dan air dingin jadi harus bongkar lagi (untuk yg ready stok)
Buat yg lgi cari rumah bisa cari pembanding di jalan bojongsari
Honest review after occupying 2 months in Cluster borneo
Location :
for a fairly strategic location for those whose activities are in South Jakarta or South Tangerang, the location is on the main road of Bojongsari, there are many places to eat, and close to the mall for access to the Desari toll road, it's quite jammed every day.
Building :
The initial booking fee was here because I believed in the HK BUMN developer, during the mortgage process I couldn't see the unit because there was no key & it was difficult to hold it at the location, but after checking the unit list it turned out that there were too many defects, promised 2 weeks to fix after the bass (bast first because chasing the year-end discount), but until the placement of 2 months the defects have not been fixed either, especially the floor and walls of the electrical cable lines that look carelessly and unevenly, until they are tired of complaining
Public facilities :
There are no public facilities so far and there is no visible construction of public facilities
Security
There are 2 security gateways, the main gateway and the cluster gateway & each (will) be guarded by security, but currently only the main gateway
That is taken care of
Price :
After buying, try to compare it turns out to be pricey
Clean water :
There are 2 sources of PDAM water and drilled wells, for drilled wells in different places, the quality is different, in my place it is quite clear, in the neighbors there are 2 different houses with yellow water.
PDAM installation is only up to the park, no pipes are provided from the garden into the house, residents must provide it themselves.
gimmick

Conclusion :
Pros: pretty strategic location
Cons:
1. A bad building for a HK class because the management supervision is not good and repairs have to complain loudly to get repairs
2. The construction contractor looks careless when he works, the repair agreement has been canceled without confirmation
3. Public facilities do not yet exist
4. The bathroom design is not provided with hot and cold water pipes so you have to dismantle it again (for those who are ready stock)
