★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Susah banget nelp ke call center Balifiber bikin dongkol buang2 pulsa gajelas.
Sekalinya tersambung beneran malah pulsanya ud keburu hbs jadinya ?
Lebih diperbaiki aja sih pelayanannya karena belakangan ini sering down juga signal nya padahal biaya admin dinaikkan.
Pengen ganti operator ribet lagi tar adaptasinya, udah nyaman jg sih aslinya.
Jadi lebih ditingkatkan lagi deh kualitas pelayanan bukan hanya Service customer tapi juga prbaiki kendala teknis yg sering terjadi biar ga kehilangan pelanggan setia kaya aku.
It's really hard to call the Balifiber call center, making it annoying to waste pulses, it's unclear.
Once it's really connected, the pulse goes into a rush, it's HBs
It's better to improve the service because lately the signal is often down even though the admin fee is increased.
If you want to change the operator, it's more complicated to adapt, it's already comfortable, actually.
So it's better to improve the quality of service, not only customer service but also fix technical problems that often occur so you don't lose loyal customers like me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sangat-sangat mengecewakan. Gangguan melulu, perbaikan lama, 2 bulan gak ada teknisi perbaikan malah tagihan masuk terus. Pelayanan payah. Saya stop berlangganan. Buat yang niat pasang coba pikir2 dulu deh. Cuma manis di depan aja pelayanan purna jualnya gak profesional
Very, very disappointing. Just annoyance, old repairs, 2 months there was no repair technician even the bill kept coming in. Poor service. I unsubscribed. For those who intend to install it, think about it first. It's just sweet in front, the after-sales service is not professional
