★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been here to make SKCK. The officer came late (8.20 as opposed to 8.00). Service is slow, about 1 hour, but hey, it is still on the same day.
I advise to come early to avoid the long queue in the afternoon. Do note that you will need to have the photocopy of your fingerprint formula.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Though there is only one staff handling the SKCK application, I am quite satisfied with their service. The staff didn't seems to be arrogant and not willing to help. She is friendly and welcoming, she answered all question patiently.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Much more improved now. It provides online registration and queueing tickets. However the waiting room is so small and there is only 1 person serving in skck counter. Moreover, the price hikes up 3x to 30rb.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best office, good police. Firsst time I go here with my boyfriend. I walked around the building with him, and asked me to get to know what the police are like in Indonesian. I hope I can go to this place again?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you need to get Police Certificate especially for your visa application purpose, you're straightly can go to Mabes Polri to organize it. If you don't have finger print formula, you need to get your finger print formula first at the Lab Inafis Department. Then after you get your finger print formula, you can go to Police Certificate Service to submit your documents. It cost 30,000 IDR/documents for Police Certificate and you can get that in the same day. You need to wait for more than two hour or more just to get your Police Certificate, some officer seems stressed out due to the crowd, there was only 3 person who helped to organize the documents which was taking long time ??
