★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They just cut your hair in the same model and the same way.. I showed picture and the result is far far far away from what I've shown to the barber.
The price and the result isn't going in the same frequency.
I've complained and what the staff could do was just smilling and say sorry.. Not even show some respect to my complain.

Asked for a hot towel clean shave. At first they had me waiting for 30+minutes for my appointment, then when it should have been my turn they had me waiting another 25 minutes.. unexaptable!
Okay, i needed a shave so lets go! Finally I get helped.
The shaving part didnt feel comfortable in the end i understood why... many bloody spots on my face... they dont know how to use the shaving knife! And they made me pay for the “Ultimate shaving experience” while I wanted the hot towel clean shave!!
NEVER GOING BACK HERE AGAIN!
Would never recommend anyone to go here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are really slack. I walked in on Wednesday to make an appointment for Friday 11am. Walked in for my appointment and they look at me blankly and tell me that they can't take on the appointment. No apologies at all. Later I got a what's app saying sorry. All that effort to visit the shop to make the appointment and then come back on Friday. They have no respect of people's time. Never again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Depends on who you get. I've had bad experiences and great ones. They need to train the staff on how to cut and style beards as this can be drastically improved. They rely on you to tell them how to do it, at this point you may as well do it yourself. Prices are similar to the UK and the products used are good. Book an appointment to avoid waiting in the evening.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have just stepped out of Marco’s Chop Shop Colony Kemang. I’m a tad fussy usually when it comes to cutting my hair, but today I take a break from another well known barber store and give Marco’s a try. I was VERY impressed. Super professional barbers. Speak a little English which helped for me. TVs in the small cubicles with some premier soccer playing. I went for the charcoal facial mask and a haircut. Absolutely 10/10. Anggil was my barber and he was extremely on point in terms of cleanliness through to the cut. Some good classic old school music in the background. Marco’s have paid attention to detail for experience and care. Well done guys. I am fully on board and look forward to “The ultimate grooming experience” on the next visit. Applause. Jay.

Skilled staff coupled with nice touches like hot towels, massage chair at haishwash makes it an enjoyable affair. They have superb hygiene measures in place during COVID times. Prices start from 185K for a haircut. Do try!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great haircut here. Despite the language barrier (hair stylist and I spoke in basic English and basic Indonesian), both my hair and my beard looked great after lots of effort by the barber. Ask for Mas Heru. He really took his time to make sure that everything looked great and that I was happy. Would certainly be a frequent customer, save for the fact that I don’t live in Jakarta.
