★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great spot to live. You can reach SCBD in 10 minutes (normal traffic) and to night life in Kemang within walking distance from this apartment. Reasonable price yet prestigious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located in Kemang area, South Jakarta. There is no public transportation crossing this place. You can only use the online transportation. The location is closed to Gocar office, closed to The Habibie Center. There is a Kopaja 605 passing this way but they will turn left directly in front of Mc Donald, so they will not pass this apartment. The place is quite comfy and calm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent View, cheap and secure parking facilities along with good security staff. Nice coffee shop and convenience store located in the lobby area which is helpful. Swimming pool is also a nice feature and is well maintained but all other facilities are poor. The gym is falling apart, half of the equipment is damaged or totally broken and the air conditioning isn't working either. The Jacuzzi/Sauna/Steam room is also broken as has been for years, recently they began to fix it but then after several days work completely stopped and has not resumed for at least a month. Whenever you complain about any of these issues they just lie or make excuses about fixing things which is very frustrating. Overall I wouldn't recommend this apartment but some of the features including the price is good. It is also very noisy during prayer time and rats have infested the building.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Need renovation and maintanance, especially in the pipe/plumbing area (clogging is an issue). Also unit corridor need more attention and refrubishment, due to cracks and paint peeling on the wall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On June 5,2019 with All Bangka Raya Moeslem Community we gathered to Iedul Fitrie Jamaah Prayer together in front of this Lovely place,and listening the Preacher about Ramadhan blessing then enjoyed the fire cracker festive,its amazing experience to stay and lived over there,great neighbourhood,easy to access from every direction,full with facility from Circle K mini market,Kopi Yu Cafe and MBE Resto and don't forget to come and visit the street food especially in Ramadhan Festive,full with many food choice with affordable price.
On March,9,2019 my 70 bulungan senior high school class of 1992 old friends and on March my wive old friend from Santa Theresia class of 1993 visit our place ,then we gathered together and making our small unofficial reunion,united and together again,remembering our fast time at our lovely school,so time goes by, with lots of memories...
