pesan dan tampilannya yang saya terima seperti itu.. Tidak berbentuk bubble malah saling melekat dan tidak bisa dikunyah.
Saya juga kirim WA kepada pemilik toko tentang hal ini namun pesan saya dibalas dengan kata2 kurang baik, mengata-ngatai saya kalau memangnya saya bisa masuk RS dengan bubble tsb.. lalu pemilik toko mengintimidasi saya dengan katanya akan menyebarkan chat keluhan + nomor saya kepada Komunitas Partner Go food lainnya. Selanjutnya saya abaikan pesan dari pemilik karena dia sudah melenceng dari tujuan awal dan menolak dikritik. Malah BALIK MEMARAHI pelanggan.
Padahal saya pesan di tempat via Go Food sudah 2x di tanggal 29 Februari dan 31 Januari 2020 seperti yang ada di gambar, ini kali ke dua namun perlakuan yang kedua ini tidak menyenangkan sekali.
Pemilik ada itikad mengembalikan uang namun kata2nya menunjukkan tidak ikhlas dan bilang bahwa pemilik SAKIT HATI. Jadi saya kembalikan lagi uangnya melalui go pay. Karena saya tidak mau menerima uang dari orang yang sudah menjelek-jelekan saya.
Pembeli adalah raja. logikanya saya yang beli mengajukan komplain namun saya yang diintimidasi dan dibilang tidak menghargai dia. Justru alurnya saya yang MENGHARGAI dengan cara MEMBELI di tempat dia tapi ada hal yang mengecewakan krn pesanan saya tidak sesuai ekspektasi. Yang namanya kritik pasti tidak enak. Tapi bagaimana kita menyikapinya, bukan dengan cara membela diri dan balik memarahi pelanggan.
Pemilik juga bilang kalau saya ingin viral, padahal dari awal saya JAPRI via WA. artinya saya ingin menyampaikan ini secara pribadi dan tertutup.
Namun karena sang pemilik telah menyebarkan chat keluhan saya ke go food partner tanpa izin saya maka saya pun bisa menulis review jujur juga disini.
Semoga bisa jadikan catatan bahwa pelayanan tidak hanya soal rasa tapi juga sikap pelayanan saat menghadapi keluhan pelanggan..
semoga bisa diambil pelajaran dari kejadian ini. Salam.
Bubble Cheese tea for me
message and appearance that I received like that .. Not in the form of a bubble instead stick together and can not be chewed.
I also sent WA to the shop owner about this but my message was replied with bad words, told me that if I could enter the hospital with the bubble ... then the shop owner intimidated me by saying he would spread my complaint + number chat to the Community Other Go food partners. Next I ignored the message from the owner because he had deviated from the original purpose and refused to be criticized. In fact, BEHIND THE customer.
Even though I ordered it on the place via Go Food twice on February 29 and January 31, 2020 as shown in the picture, this is the second time but the second treatment is not very pleasant.
The owner has the intention of returning the money but his words show no sincerity and say that the owner is HEART. So I returned the money via go pay again. Because I don't want to accept money from people who have been badmouthing me.
Buyer is king. Logically, I bought a complaint, but I was intimidated and said to not respect him. It is precisely the plot that I APPRECIATE by buying at his place but there are things that are disappointing because my order did not match expectations. Whose name is definitely not good criticism. But how do we react, not by defending ourselves and rebuking customers.
The owner also said that I wanted to be viral, even though from the beginning I was JAPRI via WA. meaning I want to convey this privately and privately.
But because the owner has spread my complaint chat to go food partners without my permission so I can write an honest review here too.
Hopefully it can be noted that service is not only a matter of taste but also service attitude when dealing with customer complaints ..
