★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is conservation area for mangrove plants, which could be "walls" of tsunami. At the river of sea-shore of Kulon Progo beach. Among the plants, there are wooden bridge, we walk on.
Very clean. Many rubbish box are laid there.
The mangrove, shrimps pools, wooden boats, beach, wooden bridge, wooden tower.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place show really good bamboo architecture, the manggrove itself not really stunning also not to bad. FYI road to this place is being repaired so you need to choose alternative route. You can also reach a beach not far from this place. Best time is 4-6 PM, you can see sunset from here. ticket peice 5k per person.
BIG NOTE! please be carefull when reaching construction area, when i go there, an accident happened because truck want to leave construction area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very unique tourist attraction in Kulonprogo. It offers a park on a mangrove forest which is built entirely with bamboos. So many different buildings such as bridges, towers, and statues. The park is also connected to a beach with beautiful black sand. It's a shame it's not quite popular so i saw only few visitors even on weekend days. I wish there were more visitor to help improve local economy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was the second time I visited this place. The location was close to the New Yogyakarta International Airport. It was nice, but there were not many people came. You could across some bridges there and it was quite challenging for me. For the ticket, it was written 6k/person. Not only mangroves there, there was also beach if you went through it. You could enjoy your vacation here with your family and friends. You could find many instagrammable spots there. Hope many more people could visit this cool place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Short escape place to go on holiday. The place is clean and well maintained. The entrance fee is also cheap. I was amazed how they arrange the car parking. The staffs were helpfull. Go there early in the morning if you wanna get a great pics.
