Buka nya jam 09.16 menunggu lama sejak 08.50, antrian nya di luar, kondisi cuaca panas juga, pelayaran baik tapi ramah juga.

Semenjak karyawannya banyak yang ganti antri nunggu jadi lama. Banyak ngobrol nya juga. Lebih suka karyawan yg kemarin. Kalo satpamnya sih ramah banget.

Sumpah kalau ndak penting2 banget ke bank mandiri rawa belong enggak mau datang kesana selama ada CS yang ndak ramah dan ndak sopan banget dalam komunikasi dan sikapnya kepada nasabah. Semoga orang ini lekas dipindahkan dari Bank Mandiri Rawa Belong secepatnya, jadi ndak nyaman bertransaksi disana.
I swear if it's not really important to go to the Mandiri Swamp Bank, I don't want to come there as long as there are CS who are unfriendly and not very polite in their communication and attitude to customers. Hopefully this person will be transferred from Bank Mandiri Rawa Belong as soon as possible, so it's not convenient to transact there.

Cuma satpam yang ramah. Customer Service pelayanannya seperti gak ada SOP, ngobrol seperti ke orang biasa, bukan seperti customer. Teller atas nama B*** juga sama juteknya, tidak ada bahasa ke customer, saat mau masuk counter langsung di closed, dan signature namanya di ganti dengan next counter please, tanpa ucap maaf atau permisi. Siapapun customer akan merasa tersinggung.

The teller on behalf of B *** is also the same jutek, there is no language to the customer, when he wants to enter the counter it is immediately closed, and the name signature is replaced with next counter please, without saying sorry or excuse me.
