★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya tadi sekitar jam 9 datang kesitu tpi di pintu kacanya ada tulisan tutup padahal pintu depannya sudah buka dan bukannya tidak sesuai sama tulisan di pintu kaca padahal tadi saya mau mengurus pin kartunya

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sosial distansing dijaga ketat, terbukti ruangan tidak dibiarkan padat. Yang menunggu antrian diamnya di luar. Tapi sayangnya gaada tempat duduk di luarnya. Jadi yang lagi nunggu antrian cmn bisa berdiri dan kasihan yg antrian terakhir kan :'((
Saya kasih bintang 5 karena satpamnya baik dan ramah. Sedia membantu siapapun nasabah yg bingung ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Antriannya gak bener masak yang ambil nomer belakangan di dahulukan saya mengurus ATM KKS sampai 5 bulan gak jadi jadi antri lama ternyata zonk berkas berkasnya hilang saya di suruh buat lagi padahal saya punya balita bagaimana dengan tanggung jawabnya apa mentang mentang saya rakyat kecil

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kemarin jam 13.30 saya ke bank mandiri cabang Pakem ini, satpamnya bilang teller lagi makan siang. Kalau mau nunggu paling cepat akan dilayani jam 14.00. Saya putuskan kembali besoknya saja.
Hari ini saya datang jam 14.35, ehhh satpamnya bilang server lagi down dari tadi pagi. Padahal ATM & internet banking nya berfungsi. Dan di pintu masuk ada tanda "Buka" masih terpasang.
Kayaknya ini cabang gak beres, atau mungkin malas atau nipu !!
Semoga saya salah.
Keki, saya langsung pergi.
Kapok datang ke KCP Pakem ini !!!

Yesterday at 13.30 I went to this Pakem branch of the independent bank, the security guard said the teller was having lunch. If you want to wait, the fastest will be served at 14.00. I decided to come back the next day.
Today I came at 14:35, ehhh the security guard said the server was down since this morning. Even though the ATM & internet banking are working. And at the entrance there is the "Open" sign still attached.
I think this branch is wrong, or maybe lazy or cheating!!
I hope I'm wrong.
Keki, I'm leaving right away.

The parking area is narrow, usually there is a security guard who stays at the door but how come this is not there.
