★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempatnya strategis, disediakan alat cuci tangan dan handsanitizer, pengecekan suhu sebelum masuk. Petugas keamanan baik, ramah dan cekatan dalam memberikan bantuan pelayanan. Pegawai Customer Service dan Tellernya juga ramah. Pelayanannya cepat dan tempat duduk ada jaraknya serta wajib memakai masker.
 The place is strategic, provided a hand washing tool and handsanitizer, check the temperature before entering. The security guards are kind, friendly and dexterous in providing service assistance. The customer service employees and tellers are also friendly. The service is fast and the seats are a distance away and you must wear a mask.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan buruk, CS EKO. Istri saya dlm keadaan mengandung mau mencairkan dana BSU dipersulit. Ktanya yang cabang tempat dulu kerja harus email dulu, mana mau, yang harusnya email dulu kan cabang wonosari untuk confirm nama penerima BSU, Pdahal dicek sudah jelas nama istri saya ada dlm daftar penerima. Udah gitu masih dimaki2 depan orang bnyak. Jngn pakai MANDIRI, pelayanannya buruk CS gak ada ramah2nya. Trutama CS EKO???. Smoga kluarga u mndapat perlakuan yang sama ketika sedang membutuhkan.
Bad service, CS EKO. My wife is pregnant, trying to disburse BSU funds is difficult. He said that the branch where he used to work had to email first, if you want, the one who should have emailed first was the Wonosari branch to confirm the name of the BSU recipient, even though I checked, it was clear that my wife's name was on the list of recipients. Even so, it's still being cursed at in front of a lot of people. Don't use MANDIRI, the service is bad, CS doesn't have any friendliness. Especially CS EKO???. May your family receive the same treatment when they are in need.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Datang kesini jam 08.35 dengan skejul bank buka jam 09.00 dan di luar udh byk org2 yg duduk ,berdiri menunggu tanpa ada nya sekuriti yg memberikan No.Antrian terlebih dahulu...bank buka di jam 09.07 alhasil org2 berebut masuk ke dlm tanpa memandang siapa yg datang lebih dulu menunggu...
Sangat kecewa dan sangat di sayangkan..
●tidak ada pemberian no antrian terlebih dahulu agar tertib dan yg datang lebih dulu tdk merasa di rugikan
●tidak ada sekuriti yg berjaga sebelum 15 bank di buka
●pelayanan CS nya pun terbilang lama dan lelet
Tolong management kcp mandiri wonosari di perhatikan untuk hal2 yg seperti ini...*gakdisiplin

Apalagi Bapak satpamnya yg ramah & selalu responsip memberi petunjuk bila ada pegunjung yg tidak tau prosedurnya.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Security ramah dan sangat membantu. CS pun jg saya puas dengan penanganan keluhan saya. Antrian jg teratur. Mungkin satu aja sih tempat duduk antri mungkin perlu ditambah lg kapasitasnya
