Sy mengalami pengalaman buruk di atm cabang mandiri ini, sy tarik uang dan melihat ada org mencurigakan. Tp tdk ada security utk lapor, Ternyata bsok nya kartu ATM sy kena skimmer, rekening sy dibobol.. SubhanAllah..
I had a bad experience at this independent branch atm, I withdrew money and saw a suspicious person. But there is no security to report, It turned out that my ATM card got a skimmer, my account was compromised .. SubhanAllah ..

Pelayanan sangat buruk, teller nya ada 3 tapi sangat lelet sekali.... tidak seperti bank mandiri yg lain yg melayani customer dgn sigap dan baik... securitynya juga ga sopan, saya udh sering kali ke cabang ini tpi msih aja s8 suruh scan barcode yg ga jelas.. payah dan sangat payah

SUMPAH PELAYANAN LAMA BANGETTT !!!! DATENG JAM 9.30 buat unblock kartu atm yang ke blokir , dapet antrian nomer 14 . Jam 10 sampe antrian di cs, nunggu di dpan counter cs 15 menit . Habis itu disuruh ngantri lgi ke teller ! Di teller smpe jam 11 masih ngantri juga . Kebayang gk sih cuma buka blockiran ajah lama begini apa lagi mau urus yang lain! Worsttttt service everrr ! Gk pernah ke bank yg selama ini servicenya ! Kacao
SUMPAH SERVICE IS SO OLD !!!! DATENG AT 9.30 to unblock ATM cards that are blocked, get queue number 14. 10 hours until the queue at CS, waiting at the counter for 15 minutes. After that they were told to queue again at the teller! At the teller smpe at 11 am still waiting in line too. Can you imagine just opening the block for a long time, what else do you want to take care of! Worsttttt service everrr! Never been to a bank that has been serviced so far! Kacao

Teller Lt.2 tidak ramah banget, mentang mentang beli kartu E-money, lagi ada masalah apa sih mba nya sampe di cuekin hadehhhh, kalo seandainya ada kartu e-money stock ada di supermarket saya juga gak bakal kemandiri nya langsung

Pelayanan begitu buruk, saya menunggu lebih dari 2 jam tidak di proses sama sekali, bahkan sampai ruko ditutup separo saya belum di tanggapi, sampai akhirnya saya suruh pulang dengan hasil di infokan hari berikutnya. Di karnakan payroll. Oh GOD baru kali ini bank seperti ga butuh nasabah, padahal beberapa pegawai sangat santai dengan hp dan ada yg duduk" di private lounge mereka.

Due to payroll. Oh God, this is the first time that banks don't seem to need customers, even though some employees are very relaxed with their cellphones and some are sitting in their private lounge.

Pelayanan sangat buruk! Saya mau buka rekening tapi malah ditolak dengan alasan domisili diluar area Jakpus dan diminta untuk bawa surat keterangan kerja dsb. Saya lalu komplain dan akhirnya memutuskan untuk pulang, dan satpamnya hanya berkata, "yaudah". Gila ya bank sebesar mandiri punya karyawan dengan etika yang bertolak belakang dengan revolusi akhlak bumn. Singkat cerita, akhirnya saya pindah ke cabang BEJ, dan disana saya dilayani dengan sangat baik bahkan ga perlu embel2 surat ini itu karena saya masih tinggal di area jabodetabek.
Very bad service! I wanted to open an account but it was rejected on the grounds that I domiciled outside the Central Jakarta area and was asked to bring a work certificate, etc. I then complained and finally decided to go home, and the security guard just said, "okay". It's crazy that a bank as big as Mandiri has employees with ethics that are contrary to the moral revolution of SOEs. Long story short, I finally moved to the JSE branch, and there I was served very well and I didn't even need to add this letter because I still live in the Jabodetabek area.
