★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maaf saya memberikan bintang satu, sangat disayangkan. karena pelayanannya kurang memuaskan.
Kejadian di hari jumat sekitar jam 2 siang kartu atm saya tertelan di ATM MANDIRI lokasi SPBU sri ratu pekalongan.
saat itu juga langsung saya telp ke call center mandiri dan blokir karena tak kunjung juga atm keluar dari mesin serta mesin pun rebooting terus.
akhirnya saya datang kekantor bank mandiri di alun2 pekalongan. sesampai disana saya buat laporan seperti biasa dan di panggil ketemua dgn CS kalau tidak salah namanya pak Tirto (seorang laki2 mengenakan baju batik, meja tengah) .
setelah di proses saya di kasih kartu atm tanpa chip sedangkan saya mintanya pakai chip tapi di jawab dengan stok habis belum dikirim dari pusat.
Baiklah saya terima itu, karena saya diluar kota (pekalongan) saya pun terima kartu itu.
Dan untuk pengaktifan pin pun saya dijanjikan tidak perlu antri langsung ke teller, ternyata kondisinya antri juga seperti nasabah yang lain. saya terima ini.
Akhirnya saya dapat panggilan antrian dan saya pun melakukan pengissian PIN pada kartu atm yang baru. Diberitahukan sama tellernya kartu atm bisa digunakan setelah 30 menit kemudian.
Setelah 1 jam lebih kartu saya coba untuk pakai ternya tidak bisa juga. SANGAT DISAYANGKAN sekali kondisi saya diluar kota saya harus pinjam dana kesana kemari di kota orang lain karena ATM MANDIRI tidak bisa di pakai.
Akhirnya hari senin ini saya datang ke mandiri bekasi untuk melaporkan hal ini.
Ternyata ATM saya dialihkan ke rekening lama saya yang sudah tidak digunakan kembali pantesan tidak bisa digunakan.
Akhirnya sama mandiri bank bekasi dialihkan ke norek yang saya gunakan saat ini dan hasilnya AKTIF bisa digunakana kembali, Trimakasih Mandiri Bank Bekasi #proud for checking.
Tolong untuk pihak CS mandiri bank pekalongan agar lebih teliti dan serius dalam menghadapi customers khususnya yang dari luar kota tentunya dengan dana cash yang terbatas.

Sorry I gave one star, it's a shame. because the service is not satisfactory.
The incident on Friday around 2 pm my ATM card was swallowed at the MANDIRI ATM, the location of the Sri Ratu Pekalongan gas station.
I immediately called to the independent call center and blocked it because the ATM never left the machine and the machine continued to reboot.
finally I came to the Bank Mandiri office in Pekalongan Square. When I got there I made a report as usual and was called by CS if I'm not mistaken his name was Pak Tirto (a man wearing a batik shirt, middle table).
after the process I was given an ATM card without a chip while I asked for it to use a chip but the answer was that the stock was out of stock and it had not been sent from the center.
Okay, I accept it, because I am outside the city (Pekalongan) I also received the card.
And for pin activation I was promised no need to queue directly to the teller, it turned out that the conditions were queued up like other customers. I accept this.
Finally, I got a queue call and I filled in the PIN on the new ATM card. The teller was told that the ATM card could be used after 30 minutes.
After more than 1 hour the card I tried to use the tar didn't work either. I am so sad that my condition is out of town, I have to borrow funds to and fro in other people's cities because MANDIRI ATMs cannot be used.
Finally, this Monday I came to Mandiri Bekasi to report this.
It turned out that my ATM was diverted to my old account, which was no longer used, so it couldn't be used.
Finally, with Mandiri Bank Bekasi, it was transferred to the tacky which I am currently using and the result is ACTIVE and can be used again, Trimakasih Mandiri Bank Bekasi #proud for checking.
Please for Bank Pekalongan Mandiri CS to be more thorough and serious in dealing with customers, especially those from outside the city, of course, with limited cash funds.
