★ ★ ★ ★ ★ tidak ada masalah dengan layanan cabang ini, mungkin hanya soal ATM nya saja yang bukan dari mandiri tapi dari LINK yang masih mengenakan biaya untuk transaksi2 tertentu
 There is no problem with this branch service, maybe it's just a matter of the ATM that is not from Mandiri but from LINK which still charges fees for certain transactions

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Satu hal yang membuat saya tahan berada di sini adalah: satpam sangat ramah. Namun, layanan CS sangat lambat, benar-benar lambat, dan kurang informatif. Senin 18 Desember 2017 saya dapat antrian pertama, proses tunggu untuk buka rekening sangat lama, saya sebagai calon nasabah sampai bosan setengah mati. Kalau tidak sangat terpaksa saya tidak akan buka akun rekening di sini. Bank Mandiri, tolonglah, perbaiki pelayanan yang sangat kurang memuaskan ini. Banknya memang nomor satu, tapi pelayanan di sini, astaga..
One thing that makes me stand being here is: security guards are very friendly. However, CS services are very slow, really slow, and less informative. Monday 18 December 2017 I got the first queue, the process of waiting to open an account was very long, I as a prospective customer until I was bored to death. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanannya bagus, cekatan, disediakan tempat cuci tangan, ada tissunya juga, sebelum masuk dicek suhu badan, wajib makai masker. bener bener menerapkan protokol kesehatan banget...saluuuut, kebanyakan CS/tellernya tuh cowok-cowok, beda dari kebanyakan bank yang tellernya tuh kebanyakan cewek, menurutku beda ya hehe.
The service is good, nimble, a place to wash your hands is provided, there is a tissue too, before entering, check the body temperature, you must wear a mask. It really applies to health protocols ... saluuuut, most CS / tellers are boys, different from most banks whose tellers are mostly girls, I think it's different hehe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan baik. Saya mengurus ATM dan buku tabungan yang hilang diproses dengan cepat tepat dan ramah. membawa surat kehilangan dari kantor polisi dan KTP. Prosesnya cepet, kurang lebih 30an menit krn data sesuai dan tidak ada perubahan data sejak pembukaan rekening hingga hilang ATM dan buku tabungan.
Kurangnya, jika bisa disebut kekurangan, ga disediakan air minum. Biasanya di cabang laian dan bank lain disediakan air minum atau permen di CS atau teller nya.
But overall oke. Makasih udah buka kantor cabang di Purworejo Bank Mandiri. Smg ATM nya makin banyak.

Lack, if it can be called a deficiency, drinking water is not provided. Usually at other branches and other banks, drinking water or candy is provided at the CS or its teller.
But overall okay. Thank you for opening a branch office at Purworejo Bank Mandiri. There are more ATMs.

Satisfactory security services that are friendly, open the door plus there are police who are on guard to make it safe to be in an independent bank ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yang saya suka Bank Mandiri-nya mengikuti protokol kesehatan covid-19. Sebelum masuk harus cuci tangan, disediain tisu lagi, terus cek suhu tubuh juga. Ada peringatan jaga jarak di kursi. Tempatnya tapi terlalu sempit sih jadi kalau di dalem antri banyak harus nunggu di luar di trotoarnya.
What I like is that Bank Mandiri follows the covid-19 health protocol. Before entering, you have to wash your hands, provide more tissue, keep checking your body temperature too. There is a warning to keep distance on the seat. The place is but it's too narrow so if you queue inside you have to wait a lot outside on the sidewalk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hallo Mandiri Purworejo, i am sorry for writing this but i think i need give this. I already come to your office twice, first because my photo ID is not clear and i asked your CS and she told me that i must bring addtional ID i.e SIM/passport. the second one, i come to your office bring passport my ID. But again, your CS rejected my proposed to made new bank account even i already bring the stuff that she told. I think your CS in this office need intensive training again, so nobody will wasting their so much time like me!!!!
