★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kost nya baik pemiliknya. Tapi pak RT nya gak welcome. Batas waktu tamu jam 9. Khusus berlainan jenis kalau main pintu harus dibuka.
The boarding is good. But the RT pack is not welcome. The guest time is 9 o'clock. Specifically different types when playing the door must be opened.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Halo, ijinkan saya memberikan ulasan yang sejujur-jujurnya terhadap kosan yang sempat saya huni selama 6 bulan:
1. Kosan ini teletak diarea yang strategis bagi calon penginap yang menginginkan suasana ketenangan, untuk self-healing. Cocok bagi pekerja dirumah yang butuh konsentrasi
2. Bangunan dan fasilitas dikos ini termasuk lengkap, diantaranya ada ac, kasur yang sangat nyaman, lemari premium lengkap dengan cermin, dapur mini, kamar mandi dengan shower yang sangat lancar dan toilet duduk
3. Suasana kosan yang sangat sejuk krn banyak pohon, dan hebatnya lagi nyaris ga pernah ketemu sama nyamuk selama 6 bulan saya disini (mungkin bergantung dari kebersihan si penginap juga kali ya)
4. Tempat parkir yang besar dan luas, sehingga gampang jika ada tamu dari penghuni kosan berkunjung
5. Bapak Nyoman dan Ibu Putri beserta staf di kosan yang sangat ramah, baik dan fast response jika ada keluhan, salah satu case nya ketika saya ada masalah sama AC langsung dtindak lanjuti
Namun ada beberapa hal yang perlu diperhatikan lagi oleh manajemen kos, ini dari pendapat saya pribadi:
1. Dengan tarif yang tidak terlalu murah, mohon untuk pungutan uang lain ke anak kosan, seperti uang bakti sosial, sumbangan buat acara ini dan itu, agar include aja sama yang udah kita bayarkan. Walau dikata cuma 5000 sebulan, tapi jika ngekos 10 bulan, lumayan loh 50ribu
2. Minta tolong agar harga makanan yang tercantum didaftar makanan dapat sesuai dengan realita harganya, contohnya ketika waktu itu saya pesan makan yang ditarif harganya 20rb, namun saya harus bayar sebesar 30ribu :))
3. Untuk komplen, agar bisa terpusat kepada satu orang agar tidak diopor kesana kemari

Hello, allow me to give an honest review of the boarding house that I lived in for 6 months:
1. This boarding house is located in a strategic area for prospective guests who want an atmosphere of tranquility, for self-healing. Suitable for home workers who need concentration
2. The building and facilities of this boarding house are complete, including air conditioning, very comfortable mattresses, premium wardrobes complete with mirrors, mini kitchens, bathrooms with very smooth showers and toilet seats
3. The atmosphere of the boarding house is very cool because there are lots of trees, and the great thing is that I almost never met mosquitoes in the 6 months I was here (maybe it depends on the cleanliness of the innkeeper too)
4. A large and spacious parking lot, so it's easy if guests from boarding houses visit
5. Mr. Nyoman and Mrs. Putri and the staff at the boarding house are very friendly, kind and fast response if there is a complaint, one of the cases when I had a problem with the AC was immediately followed up
However, there are some things that need to be considered again by the boarding management, this is from my personal opinion:
1. With a rate that is not too cheap, please ask for other money levies to boarding children, such as social service fees, donations for this and that event, so that it includes the same as what we have paid. Even though it's said to be only 5000 a month, but if you spend 10 months, it's quite 50 thousand
2. Ask for help so that the price of the food listed on the food list can be in accordance with the reality of the price, for example at that time I ordered a meal which was priced at 20 thousand, but I had to pay 30 thousand :))
3. To complain, so that it can be focused on one person so as not to be carried here and there
