★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sayang banget mall nya kurang terurus.. lampu penerangan tempat wudhu di musholla laki-laki mati,, toilet dekat Hypermart bau, keran banyak yg tidak berfungsi.. padahal klo banyak diadakan event-event pasti banyak pengunjungnya.. terutama diadakan event untuk UMKM..dan sewa tempat stand yg terjangkau.. Insya Allah mall ini akan lebih ramai lagi pengunjung nya..
It's a shame that the mall is poorly maintained ... the lights for the ablution in male musholla are dead ,, the toilet near Hypermart smells, many taps are not functioning ... even though if there are many events there must be many visitors ... especially the events held for SMEs. .and rent an affordable stand .. God willing, this mall will be even busier ...

Hypermart, bata, steak 21, Gramedia, Informa ada disini
Tempat Parkir luas, Petugas satpamnya ramah, kadang suka ada event - event
saran saya perbanyak event music dan lebih banyak Tenant

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mall dengan posisi strategis perlu mendapat perhatian khusus dari manajemen nya.
Terutama dari sisi kebersihan toilet yg sangat perlu ditingkatkan (kotor suram dan bau).
Sangat disayangkan jika mall ini sulit berkembang karena kesalahan dalam pengelolaan.
Semoga ada peningkatan.
Malls with strategic positions need special attention from their management.
Especially in terms of cleanliness of toilets that really need to be improved (dirty gloomy and smelly).
It is unfortunate if this mall is difficult to develop due to management errors.
Hopefully there will be an increase.

Mall Bale City is pretty good, the place is very complete, there is also a cinema, but unfortunately the visitors are few !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mall yg kurang ramah anak, banyak yg merokok di dalam mall dan security tidak bertindak.. Bau asap rokok tercium.. Buat pengelola mohon diperbaiki keadaan ini, tempat nyaman awalnya tetapi sekarang dah tidak seperti awal awal buka
The mall is not child-friendly, many smoke inside the mall and the security doesn't act .. The smell of cigarette smoke is smelled .. For the manager please correct this situation, the place is comfortable initially but now it's not like the initial opening
