Petugas ramah dan sangat informatif. Pelayanan juga cepat dan pastinya terhindar dari korupsi karena tidak ada praktek percaloan. Lokasi mudaj dijangkau dan tempatnya juga nyaman. Bayar PBB, bisa langsung ke bank BJB. Bayar STNK, tinggal bayar langsung, imigrasi juga sama. Lengkap pokoknya. Bravo Kota Bogor, mohon dipertahankan selalu kebersihan dan kualitas pelayanannya ya
Great Job Bogor City !! The existence of this public service mall is very easy for its citizens. Like one stop services, starting from paying the United Nations, immigration, registration, tax, taxes, and others. The clerk is friendly and very informative. Services are also fast and certainly avoid corruption because there is no brokering practice. The location of the mudaj is reachable and the place is also convenient. Pay the UN, you can go directly to the BJB bank. Pay your vehicle registration, just pay directly, immigration is the same. Complete the point. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mau urus pajak udah nunggu 45 menit an dibilang pegawainya dalam perjalanan. Eh tiba2 dikabarin sama satpam ngurusnya ke pusat. Ngabisin waktu aja deh. Kecewa

Thank you Mr. Supandi and Mr. Dimas, for helping and very informative in changing passports. We came from far away from Jakarta last minute in a hurry but it was very nice to still accept us. The MPP Bogor service is very good, the place is comfortable, all the staff are good and very helpful.

This place only accepting for those who will renew their passport,first thing you need to do is registered your self online through their app called "Layanan Passport Online" you need to filled up all your data based on original information from your Indonesian ID and your old Passport. After that you need to choose the date and timing according to the slot available,once that u got the slot they will give u a barcode to scan by the time u went to Mal Pelayanan Public Bogor.
Once that you arriving there they will give u another queue number,and you will be process with all document required such your copy of E-KTP and copy of your old passport and don't forget to bring materai.
The passport will be ready after 5 to 7 working days from the date you submitted.
This place also available several ATM Machine and last but not least they provide you snacks with coffee or tea and free wifi great accompany while waiting for your number to be called
