★ ★ ★ ★ ★ bengkelnya parah,harga digetok abis, gak diapa2in diblg tune up,pokoknya GAK rekomended bgt buat service ato ganti apapun dibengkel ini.. cukup sekali saja dan tidak akan mau ganti apa2 lg dibengkel ini.
 the workshop is bad, the price is knocked out completely, nothing should be done in the tune up, just don't recommend it for service or change anything in this workshop ... just once and it won't change anything in this workshop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ini pertama kali saya bawa Sigra saya kesini karena saya melihat review baik yang bertebaran disini. Secara result servisnya cukup baik. Namun mungkin ini adalah pertama dan terakhir kali saya kesini, karena beberapa hal :
1. Harga servis yang pricey. Untuk ganti karet boot harga servisnya 300rb. Ini menurut saya cukup mahal, karena di TunasDaihatsu saya sudah tanyakan untuk kerjaan yang sama harga servisnya 100rb dan karet 300rb. Asumsi saya bengkel 3rd party biasanya servisnya lebih murah daripada bengkel resmi karena itu adalah daya saingnya, maka itu saya reject offer TunasDaihatsu dan saya bawa kesini. Ternyata setelah tagihan keluar, baru saya sadar asumsi saya salah.
2. Minggu lalu saya sudah kuras oli metic di TunasDaihatsu + ganti oli baru, dan hari ini saya diinfo oli metic nya sudah hitam pekat dan disarankan ganti oli lagi. Seriously ? Saya sulit percaya oli metic bisa hitam pekat hanya dalam waktu seminggu setelah kuras dan ganti di bengkel resmi. Apalagi saya sangat jarang pake mobil ini dan jalan nggak sampai 100 km dari minggu lalu. Akhirnya saya tolak saran nya, dan hanya tambah oli dikit saja, namun ini jadi red flag buat saya.
Overall, result cukup baik, namun saya ragu saya akan kembali kebengkel ini lagi di masa mendatang.
This is the first time I brought my Sigra here because I saw good reviews scattered here. As a result, the service is quite good. But maybe this is the first and last time I'm here, for several reasons:
1. The price of the service is pricey. To replace the rubber boot, the service price is 300 thousand. I think this is quite expensive, because at Tunas Daihatsu I have asked for the same job, the service price is 100 thousand and rubber is 300 thousand. My assumption is that 3rd party workshops usually provide cheaper services than official workshops because that is their competitiveness, so I rejected Tunas Daihatsu's offer and brought it here. It turned out that after the bill came out, I realized that my assumption was wrong.
2. Last week I drained the meth oil at Tunas Daihatsu + changed the new oil, and today I was informed that the meth oil was black and it was suggested to change the oil again. Seriously ? I find it hard to believe that metic oil can turn black in just a week after draining and replacing it at an official repair shop. Moreover, I very rarely use this car and the road is less than 100 km from last week. In the end, I rejected his suggestion, and only added a little oil, but this became a red flag for me.
Overall, the results are quite good, but I doubt I will return to this workshop again in the future.
