Tolong semoga bisa diperbaiki lagi biar makin laris manis dan tolong menyapa pembeli jangan kaku dan cuek. Good looking boleh tapi good attitude juga penting. Terimakasih

Selama belanja pelayanan sangat baik dan harga sangat kompetitif. Pokonya puas 100% belanja d sini tdk pernah kecewa.
Cuma bbrapa hari lalu, sy beli baut ancer suzuki satria RU, ring per utk mur 12, da mur 12.
Yg layanin kayaknya karyawan baru soalnya baru liat. Pas sy nanya langsung d bilang gk ada, abis itu dibawakan baut ancer tiger yg ada d etalase depan, sy bilang "ini bukan punya satria RU mbk", abis itu dia nyari" di komputer dan kembali bilang "gk ada mas" trus sy bilang "ada kok mbk, sy baru beli kemarin cuma ada yg hilang jdi mau beli lagi, kebetulan sy bawa contohnya yg sy beli d toko ini bbrapa hari lalu. pas dia nyari ke belakang TERNYATA ADA. Ring per utk mur 12 juga begitu, dia yg di bawa datang ring besar besar kayak ring as roda, pas sy bilang "bukan yg ini, utk mur 12 langsung d bilang gk ada, pas karyawan yg lain datang langsung pura-pura nyari dan ternyata emang ada ring per utk mur 12. Klo mur 12 dia gk berani bilang gk ada, krna wajah sy udh mulai emosi liat tingkahnya yg malas gerak, aneh, acuh tau dan membosankan. Mata saya mencari bosnya, kalo ada bosnya d situ langsung sy adukan tingkah lakunya.
Saran saya, pecat aja karyawan tsb, bekerja setengah hati (malas gerak) bikin pelanggan kecewa, barang yg ada d toko anda d bilang tidak ada, kalo kayak gini terus, percayalah karyawan tsb akan me jadi duri dalam daging bagi toko anda.
Tidak ada maksud apapun, hanya memberi penilaian terhadap karyawan tsb. Utk karyawan yg lain, kualitas barang yg d jual, dan harga SANGAT MEMUASKAN.
