1. Lokasi pinggir jalan, strategis langsung bisa masuk
2. Makam tidak terlalu luas, tapi rapi dan bersih
3. Tersedia penerangan untuk malam hari
4. Seberang jalan terdapat sawah yg masih cukup luas. Lumayan untuk pemandangan
5. Tempat parkir masih kurang memadai, karena hanya berupa tanah lapang kecil biasa
