★ ★ ★ ★ ★ kuenya bervariasi dengan harga terjangkau dan rasa lumayan enak.disediakan tester untuk tiap kue yg akan kita beli.pegawainya ramah2 dan siap membantu bila ingin kuenya dipotongin kecil2.seneng beli kue disini.
 the cakes are varied at affordable prices and taste pretty good. a tester is provided for each cake that we are going to buy. the staff is friendly and ready to help if you want the cake to be cut into small pieces. happy to buy cakes here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanannya tidak ramah. Sangat sangat tidak ramah. Apalagi kasirnya, orang bertanya, jawabnya ketus banget.
Saya beli kue disana trus minta di tukar karna kemasannya penyok, eh malah diem aja. Pelayan di toko lain sepengalaman saya kalo ada konsumen yg minta tuker, biasanya sama pelayannya langsung di tukar dengan kue yg lain. Ini malah diem aja, jadi saya ambil sendiri kue yg baru yg kemasannya tidak penyok.
Ditambah, biasanya kasir itu kalo si pembeli sudah menyelesaikan transaksi rata-rata bilang "terimakasih, semoga datang kembali, atau yg lainnya". Ini mah boro-boro, bilang terimakasih aja engga. Udah aja cuek kaya belanja di warung klontong. Pelayan cewe dan cowo sama aja, sama sama cuek dan ga peduli sama konsumen, kaya ga pernah di ajarin "adab" ke orang lain. Cukup sekali saya belanja disitu, dengan pelayanan yg sangat tidak ramah, ga lagi lagi deh.
Oh iya ditambah dengan tukang oarkir dadakan. Saya datang tidak ada tukang parkir (orang yg pakai jaket ojol), pas saya pulang tiba tiba ada orang itu. Aneh banget tukang parkir ko kaya gitu.
The service is not friendly. Very very unfriendly. Moreover, the cashier, people ask, the answer is very curt.
I bought a cake there and then asked for it to be exchanged because the packaging was dented. Waiters in other stores in my experience, if there are consumers who ask for an exchange, usually the same waiter is immediately exchanged for another cake. It just stayed still, so I took myself a new cake that didn't have a dent in the packaging.
Plus, usually the cashier when the buyer has completed the transaction on average says "thank you, hope you come back, or something else". This is boro-boro, just say thank you or not. It's just like being ignorant like shopping at a convenience store. Female and male waiters are the same, they are both indifferent and don't care about consumers, it's like they have never been taught "adab" to other people. I just shopped there once, with very unfriendly service, not anymore.
Oh yes, plus an impromptu carpenter. I came without a parking attendant (the person wearing an ojol jacket), when I came home suddenly there was that person. It's really strange how come my parking lot is like that.

kelihatan cantik juga menu nya kadang suka ga pengen dimakan

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gatau lidah sy dan keluarga sy yg salah atau gimana ... rainbow cake rasa pahit berbau asam tdk layak dikonsumsi ntah basi atau gimana, ga karuan rasanya. Bikin kapok ga lagi beli kue di majestyk. Bayangkan kalau ini kita beli utk oleh2 atau titipan orang lain atau utk acara2 keluarga dgn rasa sprti ini ? Mohon dgn sangat utk lbh hati2 soal kualitas rasa. Sebaiknya klo makanan sdh tdk layak jgn dijual.
I don't know if my tongue and my family are in the wrong or what... rainbow cake tastes bitter and smells sour, it's not suitable for consumption or it's stale or what, it's tasteless. It makes you tired of not buying cakes at Majestyk anymore. Imagine if we bought this for souvenirs or someone else's deposit or for family events with a taste like this? Please be more careful about the quality of the taste. It's better if the food is not worth it, don't sell it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bintang tersebut untuk service/pelayanan staff toko kepada calon konsumen yang terkesan cuek tidak disambut ataupun mengenalkan/menawarkan produk yang didisplay, padahal kondisi sepi tidak ramai, jadi konsumen sendiri yang explore masing2 produk. Dan kasir "just do their job" tidak menawarkan kantong belanja seperti gerai oleh2 kue lainnya yang viral.. Tapi untuk taste bika ambon pandan nya juara..
The star is for store staff service to prospective customers who seem indifferent to not being welcomed or introducing/offering the displayed products, even though the conditions are quiet and not crowded, so consumers themselves explore each product. And the cashier "just do their job" doesn't offer shopping bags like other viral cake shops.. But for the taste, the Bika Ambon Pandan is a winner..
