★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service, no follow up from marketing after deal and down payment, ended up with different marketing person and I have to follow up on my order days before item is supposed to be delivered just to find out my order is NOT YET PROCESSED.
Last minute before production Maison confirmed they cannot follow as per specification, while marketing confirmed yes during offering.
After I finally got my order, the size and color is wrong! Ordered 90cm diameter of table ended up with 120 cm diameter and on top of that the finishing color which supposed to be gold ended up with brown with no shine.
Huge dissapointment.
