The only bistro in Kelapa Gading served well French cuisines. The crews are friendly n helpful. Worth the price food and beautiful presentation of the food.

It’s a rip off. My batch baking lecturer was so bad, inadequate. Lack of experience and skills. Age do matter. Me and classmates always wanting to be teached by other resident/guest chef as they have far more experience than our lecturer. The baking course itself is pretty dull and boring. We made breads that are obsolete/outdated, β€˜kekinian’ like other baking school/course out there. The facilitate is kind of inappropriate for me, not what I expected with that loads of money. The class is a little confined, spaces are tight and some equipments are missing a lot and broken. Honestly I won’t complain much if we get the better baking lecturer, adequate and have some real baking experiences. But I do believe the cooking class is fun as the lecturers showed their true capabilities and experiences to be taught with even though me and my classmates are not their student at that time being. Go for the cooking class, not the baking for god’s sake.

It was a really fun experience! I took Cert III in Baking and Pastry for 3 months. For me, the course is really good for a small batch, since they only accept 3-5 students/ batch, so we can concentrate more. The lecture graduated from Le Cordon Bleu, she shared a lot of knowledges, and she really took care of each students. I really enjoy my time there.

It was really an amazing experience! It is my dream to be in the baking and cooking industry since i was a kid until i finally found Maison Bleu Culinary Arts. I learnt a lot about Baking, Pastry and Cooking. The lectures taught me many kinds of techniques and besides that, they also taught me how to keep things in place, manage the time and to stay hygiene and many other little things that really matter to me. They really taught us in professional ways even some lectures graduated from Le Cordon Bleu as well. The classes weren't so hard but sometimes there may be a very hectic and challenging period. For my own knowledge, apart from the classes, I always did my own research to find information before the class started because it really helped me in the kitchen.

Took professional baking and pastry here. After comparing with other baking school, I decide to choose Maison Bleu as they offer small group class for each batch. It was a great experience with nice teacher and classmate. My lecturer was graduated from Le Cordon Bleu, she share her knowledge that she got during her study as well as her working experience, this really helpful. Since the class consider as small group, the lecturer really focus on the student. I love how they teach, they do baking demo while we also do our own (hands on). This allow you to see the standard of the cake. The class conduct in fun way as the lecturer let you explore your creativity through baking, especially for decorating class. Beside the class itself, as part of the course, they allow us to conduct activity and present our creation. For my batch, we create dessert table and let culinary course student to taste our creation. On the other hand, we also have chance to try culinary students' dish by attending their buffet activity. It was great experience to prepare this kind of event as we learn to manage the table decoration and prepare all the dessert that fit the theme.

the best 3 months of my life! took professional basic course and professional intermediate course here. the chefs are very helpful and pushing us to be the best professional cooks, I enjoy every minutes of it.
