★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sebagai pendatang baru di mahkota gym sy menilai tempatnya cukup nyaman,alat lumayan hanya untuk "FREE WEIGHT" terutama dumble agar lebih di lengkapi lagi ???
As a newcomer to the gym crown, I think the place is quite comfortable, the tools are okay only for "FREE WEIGHT" especially dumbbells so that they are more complete ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempat ngegym pertama saya, awalnya ga pede karena banyak yang bentuk tubuhnya sudah sangat bagus dikirain orang2nya akan sombong2, tapi ternyata ga seperti yang dibayangkan..orang2nya sangat ramah, mau ngajarin newbie kaya saya dan peduli banget kalau kita salah dalam teknik latihan, sama banyak banget tips yang didapat dari orang2 di gym ini..
My first place to go to the gym, at first I wasn't confident because many of them have very good body shapes. I thought people would be arrogant, but it turned out not to be what I imagined. really tips obtained from the people at this gym..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ alatnya lumayan lengkap tapi jumlahnya hanya satu satu, jadi klo orang lagi pake kita harus nunggu dulu, kemarin ada yang menggunakan salah satu alat gatau namanya (saya pemula) dia pake alatnya dari saya datang sampai saya pulang, padahal di porsi saya, saya harus menggunakan alat tersebut. satu lagi, alatnya sudah seperti terpakai ratusan tahun tidak pernah ganti. treadmill mati, yang di gowes suaranya berisik, dan alat alat yang sudah karatan, karpet juga jorok tidak diganti berpa tahun. TIDAK REKOMEN
the tools are quite complete but there is only one of them, so if someone else uses it, we have to wait, yesterday someone used one of the tools I don't know the name (I'm a beginner) he used the tool from when I came until I got home, even though in my portion, I had to use the tool. one more thing, the tool has been used for hundreds of years and has never been replaced. the treadmill is dead, the sound is noisy on the wheel, and the tools are rusty, the carpet is dirty and hasn't been replaced for years. NOT RECOMMEND
