My favorite was California bowl & unagi bowl! Love the poke sauce & the kanikama taste in it! Oh! They also harvest their own kyuri, and it’s hydroponic!! Don't forget to ask for separate the sauce & the crispy nori outside the bowl, so that you can still feel the crispiness of their topping! You’re welcome ;)
