Ceritanya awal q komplen beli voucher 3 GB plus 3gb YouTube ehhh ga tau tiba² habis aja, sama sekali ga q pake.. sampe mas nya tak suruh cek.. la dipegang masnya aja tiba² habis ½gb.
Mas nya yg jaga bilang "mb kalau voucher dibawa kami bisa bantu"
Uda dibela²in nyari tu voucher ketemu dibawa lah ke counter "Magelang celluler" ehh tau nya mas e bilang ini itu ga jelas, yg pada intinya ga bisa tgg jawab..
Baiklah kehilangan 25rb ga jadi masalah tapi disini yg jadi masalah itu MANA TANGGUNGJAWABNYA..
Kurang tanggung jawab aja menurutq..
Secara counter terkenal dimagelang banyak cabang.. tapi sayang sekali ketika customer ada masalah yawdin enteng jawabnya, maaf kami tidak bisa..

There are many famous counters in Magelang.. but it's a shame when a customer has a problem with yawdin, the answer is easy, sorry we can't..
