★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bintaro sektor 9 daerah situ ada jaman sekarang kosan yang harganya masih dirange 1,7jt - 2jt dengan parkiran mobil luas tanpa bayar tambahan,keamanan 24 jam didalam area,diluar area keamanan buka tutup,ac,free wifi,air panas di bbrp kamar,kasur,lemari pakaian,dapur bersama,per kamar listrik token 1300w,nyaman buat istirahat tanpa harus diganggu suara2 penghuni kost lain??
Cuma disini MADLIN KOST bintaro sektor 9 ??

Terdaftar sebagai penghuni kost.. mbanya mas nya "rezeki itu asalnya bukan dr komen kalian.. allah sdh mengatur apapun terhadap umatnya" segala sesuatu juga ada balasannya.. sejak komen dimuat dan trs terpampang dengan maksud membuat org berpikiran buruk terhadap suatu hal yg blm tentu benar selama itu jg dosa trs terhitung..
7 thn kost ini berdiri stlh kami mengeluarkan satu anak kost yg bnr2 melanggar aturan wilayah.. sejak itu baru ada gerombolan komen yg NIATNYA MENURUNKAN RATING gtu ya.. insha allah berkah dunia akhirat y semua..

7 years this boarding house was established after we took out one boarding house child who really violated regional rules.. since then there have been groups of comments whose intention is to lower the rating, yes.. God willing, bless the world and the hereafter..

Kosan ini terletak di Bintaro, Sektor 9. Masuk dari gang samping Niceso dan dapst diakses dengan menggunakan kendaraan roda dua ataupun roda empat. Meskipun, terletak di perkampungan, akses jalannya culup luas dan jalanannya juga cukup bagus karna sudah diaspal.
Bangunan kosan berada pada satu wilayah dengan pemilik sehingga, jika penyewa memiliki kendala dapat langsung menemui tuan tanah yang bersangkutan. Memiliki tiga gedung dan parkiran yang luas, penyewa dapat membawa kendaraan pribadi baik motor ataupun mobil.
Selain fasilitas parkiran yang luas, kosan ini juga difasilitasi dengan adanya security, cctv dan wifi. Untuk beberapa kamar terdapat fasilitas water heater. Ukuran kamarnya pun juga luas dengan harga mulai dari 1,3jtan.
Pemilik kosan dan securitypun ramah sekali sehingga membuat betah siapapun yang singgah. Kosan terletak didaerah yang ramai sehingga, terdapat banyak pilihan makanan. Jika, tidak sempat membeli langsung, pilihan menu restoran dalam aplikasi online pun sangat beragam karna lokasi cukup strategis.
