★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya mengembalikan kotak seserahan dan komplain papan penahan bawahnya ada yg jebol, tetapi malah deposit saya yg hangus buat ganti rugi, kondisinya ada 1 kotak seserahan ukuran sedang yg jebol karena isinya terlalu berat, paku penahan papan bawahnya masih menempel di kotaknya, seharusnya dgn kondisi spt itu sdh jelas terlihat bahwa beratnya tidak sesuai sehingga papan penahanan bawahnya tidak kuat menahan bebannya.
 I returned the gift box and complained that the bottom retaining board was broken, but instead my deposit was forfeited for compensation, the condition was that there was 1 medium size gift box that broke because the contents were too heavy, the nail holding the bottom board was still attached to the box, it should have been in the same condition it's already clear that the weight is not appropriate so that the bottom retaining board is not strong enough to support the weight.
