★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hari jumat tgl 25 maret 2022 kita sewa 15 hiace Luthansa dr Ciloto puncak Cianjur ke Jln raya Lembang, Lembang Bandung sd hari Minggu tgl 27 maret 2022
Berangkat jam 17.00 dr Ciloto, ada satu mobil Hiace yg penumpangnya dibawa sd Cikole sehingga smp di tujuan jam 22.30 krn harus balik arah lagi
Setelah saya tanya ke semua Driver bahwa baik Driver maupun mobil hiace tsb bukan milik Luthansa jadi milik pribadi dan tdk ada standarnya
Jadi Mereka tdk ada komunikasi dan tdk koordinasi krn mm tdk saling kenal
Mereka tdk tahu jadwal mau kemana saja krn tdk diinfokan dr Luthansa ke mereka
Mereka tdk menggunakan seragam
Mobil hiace tdk standar tdk sesuai foto seat 2-1
Layanan tdk bagus dan tdk ada standarnya
Saat pulang dr Valley resto ada yg 3 atau 4 mobil gagal u nanjak krn kurang ahli krn mm driver dr luar
Syukur Alhamdullilah rombongan selamat smp di Ciloto kembali
Friday, March 25, 2022, we rent 15 hiace Luthansa from Ciloto, Cianjur peak to Jln Raya Lembang, Lembang Bandung until Sunday, March 27, 2022
Departing at 17.00 from Ciloto, there is a Hiace car whose passengers were taken to Cikole so that they arrived at their destination at 22.30 because they had to go back again
After I asked all the drivers that neither the driver nor the hiace car belonged to Luthansa, they were private property and there were no standards
So they have no communication and no coordination because they don't know each other
They don't know where to go because Luthansa didn't inform them
They don't wear uniforms
The hiace car is not standard, it doesn't match the photo of seat 2-1
Service is not good and there are no standards
When I came home from Valley restaurant, there were 3 or 4 cars that failed to climb because they weren't skilled enough because there were drivers from outside
Thank God, the group safely returned from junior high school in Ciloto

Positif
- driver a.n. mas ari skillnya mantap bawa elfnya juga nyaman ga bikin mual
- AC penumpang didepan samping driver dingin
- bagasi belakang oke
- ayunan dr elf giga LT-2108 cukup nyaman
- tenaga mesin elf giga LT-2108 kuat bgt buat nanjak
- elf giga luas bgt jarak dengkul ke kursi depan msh tersisa luas
- duduk ber4 dewasa dalam satu baris yg isi 4 seat itu tidak sempit nyaman bgt
Negatif
- penumpang paling depan tidak ada fasilitas bantal
- seatbelt penumpang depan samping driver hny 1 yg bisa dipakai dr 2 seatbelt yg ada (1 lg rusak)
- tidak ada gorden dikaca elf
- AC elfnya ga dingin mulai dr belakang driver hingga seat paling belakang
- penumpang paling belakang ga dpt lubang AC gerah bgt ampe buka kaca biar angin masuk
- tv hanya nyala yg depan atas driver sedangkan yg belakang mati rusak
- untuk elf giga LT-2108 handle pintu penumpang depan baik ga rusak, tp handle pintu kedua/tengah kendor dan handle pintu ketiga retak cukup sulit dibuka harus pelan2 takut copot
Saran
- semoga dibenahi fasilitas tv dan kerusakan pd bagian elfnya agar penumpang lebih nyaman terlebih AC itu faktor utama kenyamanan penumpang harus benar2 terasa dingin sampai kebelakang
- seatbelt untuk penumpang didepan jg harus lebih diperhatikan agar bs dipakai dua duanya demi keamanan dijalan

Review for the first time trying the LT-2108 elf unit from the Luthansa bus, the waruwangi hill tourist destination, 28 september 2021
Positive
- drivers a.n. Mas, the skill is great, bringing the elf is also comfortable, it doesn't make you nauseous
- AC passenger in front next to cold driver
- rear trunk okay
- Dr. Elf Giga's swing LT-2108 is quite comfortable
- Elf giga LT-2108 engine power is very strong for climbing
- Elf giga is very spacious, the knee distance to the front seat is still wide
- sitting 4 adults in a row that contains 4 seats, it's not too narrow, it's very comfortable
Negative
- the front passenger has no pillow facilities
- Only 1 front passenger seatbelt beside the driver can be used from the existing 2 seatbelts (1 damaged)
- no curtains in the glass elf
- The elf's air conditioner is not cold from behind the driver to the rear seat
- the rear passenger can't get the AC hole, it's so hot that you open the window to let the wind in
- the tv only turns on the front one on the driver while the back one turns off and it's broken
- For Elf Giga LT-2108, the front passenger door handle is fine and not damaged, but the second/middle door handle is loose and the third door handle is cracked, it's quite difficult to open, you have to be afraid of it coming off
Suggestion
- hopefully the tv facilities and damage to the elf are fixed so that passengers are more comfortable, especially the air conditioner is the main factor for passenger comfort, it must really feel cold to the back
- Seatbelts for passengers in front must also be paid more attention so that they can be used both for road safety
