★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Petugas satpam yg tua nya jauh dari kata ramah. Sekarang PPKM kan ga bisa lsg temu muka dengan petugas, kaget dong KK barcode kok cuma kertas hvs doang. Saya tanya baik2 mau ketemu dengan petugas krn tdk paham. Malah di bentak2. Tapi satpam tsb pun tidak paham dengan pertanyaan saya. PELAYANAN PUBLIK MACAM APA ITU, SATPAM ANGKUH DAN TIDAK RAMAH.
The old security guard is far from friendly. Now PPKM can't directly meet face to face with officers, I'm surprised that the KK barcode is only hvs paper. I asked nicely if I wanted to meet the officer because I didn't understand. Even snapped. But the security guard did not understand my question. WHAT KIND OF PUBLIC SERVICE IS THAT, SATPAM GROWTH AND UNFRIENDLY.
