★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pertama kali ambil suster d tempat ini pemula yg bernama rofingatun . Yang tidak bs apa apa kami dengan sabar mengajarkan kpdnya,
Pernah kedapatan atas laporan saudara saya yg bekerja di rumah yang mengurus anak saya yg kedua dia bercerita kalau anak saya sering d bentak dan kedapatan di pukul di punggung sampai biru .
Awalnya saya dan suami masih memaafkan dan kami blg jgn mengulangi kembali . Tapi setelah bbrp bulan ini tidak berubah dan selalu kasar.
Yang bersangkutan ternyata d belakang kami bicara buruk dan memberikan ancaman kepada anak kami, yang sungguh sangat biadab kata kata nya .
Kami betul betul kecewa . Sebagai orang tua tidak akan pernah terima dan kami cukup sabar
Suster ini bernama rofingatun umur 19 tahun berasal dari Kebumen . Hati hati dengan suster ini di depan baik ternyata d belakang anak bayi Malang sy d perlakukan buruk dan kasar .
Padahal selama 6 bulan sy selalu bersikap baik selalu sy beri hadiah sprt baju mukena dll saya tidak pernah hitungan sampe makanan . Tapi karena orang itu tidak tahu berterima kasih dan selalu mengeluh .
Pernah di satu waktu kedapatan oleh ibu kami saat kami keluar kota karena anak kami blm tidur dan yang lain sudah tidur ibu saya mengintip dan melihat tindakan suster ini menarik kaki anak saya d seret dan di bekap dengan selimut wajah anak saya.
Sungguh biadap tapi saat it masih sy kasih kesempatan lagi dan sy maafkan .
Saya tegur kembali dan berharap berubah menjadi Lbh baik karena jujur sj sy malas untuk ganti ganti suster baru adaptasi dan mengajarkan lagi.
Tapi memang watak yang kasar dan orang yang jahat kepada anak kecil tidak akan pernah bisa hilang
Jangan pernah berharap berubah dan memberi kesempatan kepada suster yang sprt ini sungguh biadap
Kekerasan mental yg di alami anak saya cukup di kami saja
Semoga bermanfaat apa yang kami share supaya tidak terulang kembali
Harap berhati2 dengan suster tersebut.
seperti nya suster rofingatun ini terbiasa melakukan tindak kekerasan terhadap bayi penuturan baru dari sodara sy yg bekerja di rumah bersama Suster tersebut, dia pernah cerita bahwa dulu majikan sebelum saya juga anak nya sering di kasarin / di pukulin ,
menurut saya yayasan hrus lbh selektif dan mengedukatif thd suster suster baru barangkali kalau yang bersangkutan punya penyakit mental yang sangat membahayakan bagi anak anak kita.
Seperti nya pihak yayasan lebih mengetahui kemana dia pergi stlh keluar dari rumah saya krna saya lacak nomer nya yang bersangkutan ada di Jakarta .
Sekedar saran untuk yayasan , menurut pendapat kami alangkah baiknya d ambil tindakan tegas seperti tidak memperkerjakan yang sudah ada Track record buruk pekerja . Karena akan berdampak terhadap citra yayasan . Apakah yayasan memang betul betul teliti dalam mencari pekerja yang berkualitas dan mempunyai akhlak atau memang hanya mengedepankan unsur bisnis saja ?
Mungkin skr ybs masih bs beruntung kami tidak permasalahkan bisa saja kami bawa ke ranah hukum . Laporan tindak kekerasan terhadap anak kami, karena bukan sekali ternyata berulang kali
