Poor service, for outsiders who wash lightning requested 20 thousand / kg. Intermod service also doesn't exist, even though it was written between jmpt

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hati-hati mau laundry di sini, laundry nya kiloan tapi ngitungnya dibulatin ke atas, misalnya berat 3,1kg akan dihitung 4kg (misalkan harga Rp9000/kg ya otomatis akan rugi Rp8100). Intinya bisa tugi 90% dari harga per kilonya. Service biasa saja, malah cenderung hasilnya paling kotor diantara laundry di area sekitar dimana laundry yang lain malah lebih murah, sepertinya pakai air bekas (air bekas laundry pakaian sebelumnya, menjijikkan lah), dan sepertinya hanya disemprot pewangi kiloan itupun kadang pewanginya malah berwarna, jadi malah nambah bercak, tambah kotor! Semoga tidak ada korban berikutnya! Harap menhindari laundry di lokasi ini!!
Be careful about laundry here, the laundry is kiloan but the counting is rounded up, for example the weight of 3.1 kg will be calculated at 4 kg (for example the price of Rp. 9000 / kg, it will automatically lose Rp. 8100). The point is you can lose 90% of the price per kilo. Ordinary service, instead tends to be the dirtiest among laundry in the area where other laundry is even cheaper, it looks like using used water (used water laundry clothes before, disgusting), and it looks like it is only sprayed with kiloan fragrance and sometimes the perfume is even colored, so even more spots, more dirty! Hopefully there are no next victims! Please avoid laundry at this location !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sangat tidak merekomndasikan laundry disini. Menggunakan dry cleaning tpi hasilnya sama seperti di laundry biasa. Katnya lembab karna di semprot parfum tapi tidak wangi sama sekali. Murni lembab saja. Tdak kering benar.
Dan ada guratan2 di pakaian. Jas yang baru dibeli jadinya robek dibagian bawah, rok yg baru di jahit jdinya ada bercak bercak hitam.
Pemilik juga tidak lgsung meminta maaf saat diminta penjelasan baik2, malah masih membela diri dengan mengtakan "biasanya kami kerja bagus", "tidak mgkin kami merusak barang" dll. Semntra hasil di depan mata seprti ini. Harga termksd mahal dengan hasil yang demikian buruk.
Pelayanan yang sangt tidak memuaskan dan sangat tidak profesional.
Very do not recommend laundry here. Using dry cleaning but the results are the same as in ordinary laundry. Katnya damp because spray perfume but not smell at all. Just pure moist. Not dry properly.
And there are lines on the clothes. The jacket that was just bought was torn at the bottom, the skirt that was just sewn, so there were black spots.
The owner also did not immediately apologize when asked for a good explanation, instead he still defended himself by saying "usually we do good work", "we don't want us to damage things" etc. All the results in plain sight like this. Prices are expensive with such bad results.
Very unsatisfactory and very unprofessional service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan nya mantep abiss, minggu kemarin cuci disitu ada antar jemput & ada harga ada kualitas :D. yang komen sebelum saya itu cuci tempat lain aja kalo kemahalan, mungkin ndak punya duit hehe :D

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Setrika rapih, packing juga tertata dengan baik.. pas dibuka juga wangi tidak bau apek.. recomend juga buat cuci expres karena bisa selesai tepat waktu..
