Dan kalau ada perubahan kebijakan tolong ditulis di bon, setidaknya di bikin penguman. Masa saya tbtb suru keluarin baju lagi grgr katanya sudah tdk terima pakaian dalam dan kaos kaki. Padahal tidak ada pemberitahuan tertulis. Ketika ditanya bagaimana jawabnya ketus sekali “yaudah paling gak kita cuci” karena saya buru, lantas saya blg yaudah pisahin aja. Tolong sekali lebih sopan jangan kayak preman.
The officer is right, please be more friendly and polite. Don't be arrogant about laundry officers like thugs. Especially for mba whose hair is short. Please be polite if you give info to the customer. And if there is a change in policy, please write it on the bill, at least make a comment. I have been told that there are more clothes from the grgr, he said that he has not received underwear and socks. Even though there is no written notification. When I was asked how the answer was so tense, "we haven't washed it the most" because I hurried, then I haven't separated it. Please be more polite, don't be like a thug.
