★ ★ ★ ★ ★ (+)The largest grocery store near my house. The prices are competitive, complete range of product. Best place to look for snacks. Wide parking space and green store since beginning (it never use plastic bag for customers shopping). (-)Prepare your stamina to wait in line at the cashier at every payday week. Not accepting credit cards except BCA card. Basically it's a cash and carry store with an exception.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Update ( 4 Feb 2022): for those that want to call this place to check for certain items, don't bother with their number on google. You still have better chance with pigeon carrier mail still. To actually be able to contact them, you need to be part of the whatsapp horeca news list that mentions the number of people that you can contact. Even with these, it is not a 100% guarantee your call will be answered.
Also, even if you call up ahead and the person on the phone says that the item is available, you have to talk to the ACTUAL SALESPERSON because it is not a 100% guarantee that your item is there. How is this possible? What happen here is that the item probably got stored somewhere and it is in the inventory, but employees had no idea where the item is. This is what happened to me, wasting 1 hour of car fuel, my time when it could all be saved with a single phone call. I thought one of the purpose of businesses like this (and in general) are to save customer's time, not waste them. What is going on, seriously?

It's a supermarket, like a lesser version of Costco which are generally aimed at wholesalers and resellers, although there are the occasional soccer moms (since it is in close proximity to two different schools). Generally it is not that busy, but when they actually are, they don't have many people manning the cashier, there was a time when I have to wait almost 30-40 minute in line to finish my purchase, which means I have to pay an additional hour of parking. While the extra hour of parking is menial, the 30-40 minute wait is totally unacceptable.
For some reason, the place do not have or not order spare parts to fix things when they are broken. Recently, I ask to buy a substansial amount of beef roughly ~20kg (frozen), and got the reply the blade to cut the meat is broken. I thought well, it's fine, things happen and I accommodate that since I used to work in similar industry. However, a month later, I wanted to buy the same amount type of beef, and was told the bigger blade is broken while the small one were broken for more than 2 months.
Also, never expect them to answer calls here to the number listed. You have better chance sending them mail via a pigeon than calling since no one is ever there to answer your calls.
I don't know if Lotte is waiting for reviews like this to pop up then acting on it or wait until the potential buyers left to understand what is happening.
Seriously, get your things and priorities sorted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the few best grocery hyper market in town. For you who have small businesses and would like to replenish your goods, this is the place. The more you buy in bulk, the cheaper they would be. The place is clean, isle categories are well arranged, the people are friendly. Small note about the fresh goods tho, always check the expiry dates.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A spacious whole sale super market located in West Jakarta with good prices and ample parking. There is a wide array of goods from sandals to refrigerators. It used to be called Makro but it has undergone a change of ownership. The place looks dull and boring but it offers the best prices for bulk or retail purchases. The service is pretty good albeit a little slow. Overall feel is like Costco with less glitz and less variety of goods. There are simple food stalls as well but don't expect too much. Parking is also free and it never gets too crowded here.
