Please always open the motorcycle gate of exit, especially rain conditions...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We always spent time at Lotte mart fatmawati during weekend. We can found coffe shop like kopi kenangan and Starbuck coffe and fast food restaurant like lotteria and solaria. At second and third floor we found lottemart. There are any ATM and fashion outlet. Not too difficult to find parking area but the parking fees more expensive than the other shopping area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a regular customer at Lotte Mart for years.
However, I dont understand the management’s recent regulation of not allowing any backpacks inside the shopping area. Yes, customers may bring it in—yet it must be sealed so customers cant open the bag freely anytime inside the store. Customers must come to the cashier and ask them to open the seal for her.
What inconvenience for me the most is that, last time I visited this place with my family (1 toddler and 1 baby), and as many parent with younger kids going out, I bring along my backpack with powdered milk, clean clothes, drink, snacks, diapers, baby toys, anything my kids’ need you can mention inside. The security forced me to seal my bag eventhough I’d explained to him, I even opened my bag and showed him what things were inside my bag and I considered it was so rude. I thought it was so unefficient for me if the security sealed my bag, since my kids might need anything from my bag anytime. In addition, due to the pandemic condition, I dont think I would spend too much of my shopping time just to come back forward to the cashier all the time to open my backpack, instead of finishing my shopping quickly (and had someone else touching my bag too with whatever their hands might had).
I also spotted some of the shoppers carried handbags which were as big as mine, or even bigger than mine but the security man did nothing. So what’s the point of not allowing backpacks??
I hope the management will bring more consideration and understanding to the customers, especially for customers with kids, or special needs. So parent dont have to deal with unecessary drama.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its a supermarket located on Fatmawati road, south Jakarta. You can find fresh fruits & vegetables, groceries, cleaning tools, etc. The area has a huge parking space so you can easily park your car

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's not crowded. The mosque is in the third place and the theater is closed now. It's nice if you want to buy groceries. Hope it gets better after pandemic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Another good place for fullfil your daily needs in south jakarta. Feel enjoyed to be here, lot of product that not all groceries sell it but you can find it here. The parking lot is big enough. Beer and alcohol type A is easy to find... Yeayyy... Lol.
