★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kali pertama makan di warung "Bu Tukijo" langsung jatuh cinta dengan harga seporsi lotek, teh anget & kerupuk satu buah seharga (cuma) 10K. Bagi saya itu adalah harga murah untuk warung makan di lingkungan PemKab Sleman sampai saat ini.
Kunjungan kedua & ketiga pesan menu berbeda - - - kupat tahu, segelas jeruk hangat & satu buah kerupuk dengan harga yang sama 10K.
Menu & rasa lokal dengan harga wajar.
Bumbu tidak istimewa, namun dapat mengobati rasa rindu akan masakan ibu di rumah. Manis, gurih, asin dengan kombinasi "Pas" tidak kurang ataupun berlebihan.
Menu yang bisa dipilih : lotek, gado-gado & kupat tahu.
Kupat tahu dengan citra rasa dominan manis-segar berpadu aroma segar daun jeruk & kunyit yang menggugah selera & bikin nagih. Tambahkan potongan atau ulekan cabe rawit biar rasa semakin nendang. Tahu putih digoreng setengah matang, tauge, rajangan kol, seledri, bawang goreng, potongan ketupat & kerupuk udang menjadi pelengkap.
Lotek-nya juga enak : ketupat, ba(k)wan, kol, tauge, seledri & bawang goreng diuleg bareng sambal kacang manis-legit, gurih & sedikit rasa asin.
Untuk menu & rasa "ok". Untuk tempat terbilang sempit, namun sanggup menampung kurang lebih 12-15 orang dewasa. Minus tempat parkir mobil & motor yang masih menggunakan badan jalan - - - kepanasan. Saya berikan bintang tiga untuk menu, rasa & harga.
The first time eating at the stall "Bu Tukijo" immediately fell in love with the price of a lotek, anget tea & crackers for one fruit for (only) 10K. For me it is a cheap price for food stalls in the Sleman Regency Government until now.
Second & third visits order a different menu - - - kupat tofu, a glass of warm orange & one cracker at the same price of 10K.
Menus & local flavors at reasonable prices.
The spices are not special, but can treat homesickness at home. Sweet, savory, salty with a combination of "Pas" no less or excessive.
Menu to choose from: lotek, gado-gado & kupat Tahu.
Kupat Tahu with the dominant sweet-fresh flavor image blends the aroma of fresh orange leaves & turmeric which is appetizing & makes it inviting. Add chopped or chopped cayenne pepper so it will kick more. Deep fried white tofu, bean sprouts, chopped cabbage, celery, fried onions, pieces of rhombus & prawn crackers make it a complement.
The lotek is also delicious: ketupat, ba (k) wan, cabbage, bean sprouts, celery & fried onions diuleg together with sweet-legit, sweet peanut sauce, savory & slightly salty.
For menu & taste "ok". For a fairly narrow place, but able to accommodate approximately 12-15 adults. Minus car & motorcycle parking spaces that still use the road body - - - overheated. I give three stars for menu, taste & price.
